What do you like best about DemandScience?

Sigstr's design services are exceptional. They are professional, listen to feedback well, and create quality campaign drafts fast. Also, they are great to partner with. They allow the customer to own the experience while implementing their email marketing expertise to help others get the most out of their banners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Currently, Sigstr only offers some analytical features that allow marketers to measure the impact of their campaigns. To take their analytics to the next level, they need to implement reporting that enables marketers to identify who is clicking on their campaigns. What do you like best about DemandScience?

It just works. So many software vendors in the MarTech space are too much vaporware or clunky manual steps/integrations. Brightfunnel works. It's a refreshing change. They have been fantastic to work with - pulling in feature requests we have, continuously improving their product and overall very good to deal with. I wish all my vendors were like them. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The overall simplicity in using the platform is what I love about Sigstr. Our company is in a fast growth stage that when hiring on new employees, keeping their signatures in line with our company brand is key.

My favorite feature in Sigstr is their email campaigns. With the help from their amazing customer success team, we've been able to design and implement a great campaign that has already seen incredible results within just two weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The one thing about Sigstr's app that I have feedback on is that once a new employee signature is added and submitted, it would be great to have that automatically add to their email account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problems we are solving is adding more visibility of our brand and marketing to potential clients and even our current ones. The Sigstr application allows us to have one more touch point to get people to our website/landing page/social channels and even to support our ongoing marketing/lead gen campaigns.

The benefit of having Sigstr is that with their great email campaigns set up in the platform, our marketing team is able to have one more place that is effectively reaching out to potential clients of our own. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The ease of use is really great. The team at Terminus boiled down a potentially complicated technology to the easiest it can be. Uploading creative and setting daily budgets is very simple. I also like the distribution point to Facebook built in to the product.

The support is great. When I reach out I get a fast response and they take the time to dig into our account when needed. They get on the phone when needed and I always feel they are accessible.

The match rates for list uploads still need improvement. I've talked to the team at Terminus about this and they know it's an area of opportunity for them.
