What do you like best about DemandScience?

Super intuitive. We spent months trying to get our marketing automation platform to give us the insight we really needed into which of our campaigns were really influencing opportunities, and just couldn't ever get the data to work. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus provides an incredible platform to support the subtleties of our business. We target a very specific crowd in the B2B space, but don't have the means to find all of them. This platform has provided a scalable mechanism to expand our marketing reach with the right people in the easiest way possible. That's great, but what makes this the best platform? What do you dislike about DemandScience?

At the onset, we purchased the lowest tier as a test. So we were limited to running 3 campaigns at a time and have no tie-in with Salesforce. This connection with Salesforce will prove to be a critical piece for the future, as our targeting can become even more refined. We would also like to see more delineation of roles in the options to target. Our niche requires a specific audience so the more we can target and avoid waste, the better. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The platform is easy to setup, user friendly, and the support/success team has been awesome. They consistently email be about new features coming up and examples of how other companies are using Sigstr. i really appreciate how invested they are in our company's usage. What do you like best about DemandScience?

We're a small startup with no analyst/IT resources so my marketing team needed a reporting tool that was out of the box and marketing focused, specifically capable of tracking multi-touch attribution. There are many SFDC -centric reporting tools on the market but few that are marketing focused. Brightfunnel is the first vendor I've worked with that gets what we're trying to do - prove marketing is a revenue generating center, not a cost center. The product like all software apps is a work in progress, but they're starting from the right vantage point and already have a platform that's capable of delivering on this objective Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

As with any product that provides canned reports and a mostly locked-down interface, there have been cases where we simply couldn't pull a report or display the data in a way that met our exact business need. We knew that would be the case going in, and Brightfunnel is still at a development stage where they're taking input from customers like us and quickly incorporating many of those requests into the product. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a B-B software marketing manager for the past 15 years, tracking the effectiveness of marketing's efforts holistically (multi-touch attribution) has been the holy grail. For me it's been just out of reach. I've had the data model necessary but either lacked the internal resources or BI tools to pull the data out of our CRM system to properly address these questions. It's great to see tools like Brightfunnel sprouting up and filling the void. We've already seen thanks to Brightfunnel, that we're better at helping sales pull leads through the sales cycle than going out and acquiring leads for them.
