Sigstr is the answer to a question we didn't know we had. I ran into Sigstr at the Salesloft event last year and loved the concept. We started using them a month later and I no longer have to worry about what our team's email signature looks like or what links they present. We now have not only consistency of content, but also messaging. But wait, there's more... The messaging can be broken down into groups so the sales message can be different than the support message. I think the visualization is great. When you're talking about the Marketing/Sales funnel and conversions, it's easier for your audience to understand if there is a picture that can help tell the story. I also like that it makes my job easier. Salesforce has limitations and I usually need to export and connect data sets manually in Excel. BrightFunnel pulls all of that data from Salesforce and puts it together for you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that there are limitations on values (i.e. you can only show one). We look at one value for new business and another two values for renewals so the renewal data will have to be taken with a grain of salt as it won't be 100% accurate (and include 2 values).. The Terminus platform is great because it's service and it just works. Its very user friendly, and honestly it just works. As soon as my assets are ready, I can get a campaign uploaded for review in minutes. I don't have to talk to anyone or dig through instructions, I can handle it all on my own. It is worth pointing out though that you do have support if you need it. The Account Team at Terminus is great at checking in, providing best practices, sharing updates, etc. With a platform that is as easy to us as this, they don't really need to put any effort into account management, but they still do. I'm not sure if there is anything I actually "dislike", and the few things that I know needed improvements, have already been updated or are on their 2017 roadmap. And they're simple, more convenient things then anything with functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

**Multi-touch Attribution**
BrightFunnel transformed our SalesForce data to give us real insight on how our marketing campaigns are driving revenue. Before Multi-touch, we were relying on the "Primary Campaign Source" field in SalesForce for pipeline/revenue attribution. This field was unreliable/inconsistent as many different people had different ideas of which campaign should be considered the "primary" source. Now, we get the full view of ALL of the campaigns influencing opportunities.
**The People**
The BrightFunnel team has been a pleasure to work with. Their support team responds quickly and has always resolved my issues. The Customer Success team stays in constant communication with me and my needs have even driven new product features and other changes in the product based on my feedback.
