What do you like best about DemandScience?

Sigstr allows our company to increase the agility in what we promote via email signatures. In the past, we had to send out a company-wide notice (and multiple reminders) for employees to update their signature with the most up-to-date message. Now we're all on the same page. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Updating current users/employees is kind of a pain. If an employee is no longer with us, it's a pretty manual process to go in and delete each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

I love the single point of control for all signatures right out of the gate, but the added marketing banner is how I start my campaigns for marketing. It's a part of my everyday job in marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Implementing on the outlook agent was a little shaky for a larger company at the start, but with the adoption of SigstrOne, we don't have worry about installing clients on end user computers anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Sigstr's auto-sync feature is amazing. There is no need to ask employees to update their email signatures and if a problem arises, or a link changes, it is easy to fix across the whole company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Personally, I really enjoy how seamless the application is as a whole. Terminus is a very cool tool, one that accurately targets your companies ideal audience through IP Addresses and cached browsers. As long as you have quality content (i.e. good advertisements) and can build reports in your CRM, Terminus is a very cool tool to get your product seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The integration with Salesforce is almost completely manual, this means anytime a field is added, the user is required to inform Terminus. In other words, Terminus just pushes information into Salesforce. It isn't a 1:1 relationship, it simply does not pull any updated information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:

Terminus is a great tool as long as you have a significant advertising budget. Make sure to confirm you have your set advertising budget in place before you proceed as you will quickly realize the expenditure required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problem we were looking to solve was to increase the number of MQL's we were receiving on a monthly basis. Terminus accomplishes this by getting our ads to those who we deem acceptable. Through our use of Terminus, we have seen significant increases in our number of visitors, MQL's and opportunities generated as a whole. Other benefits include; reigniting lost opportunities, maintaining a solid relationship through our content with our current customer base, as well as personalizing our advertising platforms to target our ideal prospects. What do you like best about DemandScience?

If you have never run an ABM campaign or used an ABM tool before, you may need some extra help from your account rep, or do to research on the side. We are able to target specific accounts with our advertisements to optimize our ad spending and help our sales team with air cover for focus on key accounts. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The Brightfunnel team has an exceptional understanding of marketing attribution concepts. They combine this with a very deep level of experience with Salesforce.com. They know exactly how Salesforce works - its strengths and weaknesses as a marketing tool. As a result, they were able to truly understand our business processes and challenges and show us exactly how to meet our needs for multi-touch attribution reporting.

Beyond that, the implementation team was extremely professional throughout the implementation - prompt, articulate, and thorough! They offered numerous customizations within their platform to provide a flexible solution that was exactly what we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The only complaint I have as a busy person is that I want reports to load faster. However, I appreciate the amount of complexity involved in their analytics and am willing to wait 10-20 seconds for some of the reports to load. Multi-touch attribution is a very difficult concept to truly wrap your arms around. In today's martech, you deal with everything from web forms, to Google Analytics and AdWords, to CRM, marketing automation, and even phone call tracking (thanks Invoca!). Brightfunnel has provided us with a centralized reporting platform that unifies all of these different sources.
