What do you like best about DemandScience?

G suite syncing is fantastic - really simple way to deploy to all users at once. I have not used them, but I believe there are other integrations with 365 etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This isn't a criticism of the software itself - but I dislike the time taken to actually create the customer segments and lists in CRM. This is crucial to the long-term success and quick ROI of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dedicate enough time to creating appropriate ABM lists in your CRM and mapping customers to them.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like having fresh content passively shared as part of my team's regular communications. It's easy to set up for individual users. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Very intuitive, the roadmap recently has had a lot of value for us, especially the two-way sync with Salesforce to drive actionable insights to the sales team. Terminus feels very committed to our success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I wish it would directly connect with Marketo, our MAT, in addition to Salesforce. At present, we have to use Salesforce as a go-between to attach marketing activity to an account, which can be unwieldy at times.

In addition, the amount of manual work our success manager (who is excellent, to be fair) has to do for us is a bit frustrating. The new Visitor ID function could be more actionable.

Lastly, the ability to edit our creatives is limited only to the link, instead of the actual creative image, and the delay in approving can lead to fuzziness when updating and either overlap or dead periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Easy to set up and add/remove/edit employees. I like the campaigns function and the tie-in to groups, so for example we can display a different campaign for sales reps vs developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a lot of unnecessary steps to pretty much everything - editing an employee, getting them to add the signature, changing their group, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you figure out the employees vs groups vs campaigns it's a lot easier although click-heavy. The initial setup was really fast and their support is always fast and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

#1 We needed to have a uniform signature as we build our brand. #2 we wanted to have a message (campaign) included in sales emails that was still controlled by marketing instead of leaving it up to the individual.
