What do you like best about DemandScience?

Sigstr email signatures are incredibly useful for our org to keep accurate titles and names when our users are communicating with external users or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I'm not entirely sure what else terminus is capable of as we only use it for one major purpose. Could be underutilized as part of our org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allowing clear title/name communication. This mainly pertains to when sales or customer success users are interacting with external clients. It helps them to identify key users that they've started our services with or are potentially investing into our product with, and that's a major help for us. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Our onbording experience was smooth and helpful. Support has been responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We've had multiple CSM changes in the last 2 years of using the software and none of them are helpful. They don't provide strategic guidance and focus on vanity metrics like click through rate. The traffic coming to our site from ads feels like it's all bots, the avg time on site is less than 1 sec, even if the ad text matches exactly to the page title. 1 second doesn't even give you enough time to read a title..
