What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like that we're able to show a consistent message our entire company via their email signatures. The ability to show different messages based on different teams is very beneficially. For example, the message our sales team displays is vastly different than the message of dev team displays as they interact with different audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus enables you to hit key accounts based on any criteria that exists within Salesforce which is great. The pricing model is much more flexible than other ABM solutions which is beneficial as well although it would be nice to have the option for a CPC model vs a CPM model (just a suggestion but not really a big issue)! Additionally the sales and support teams have been extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish. They are always able to assist with any questions in a timely manner. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

It would be nice to have more reporting capabilities to help with optimization and reporting such as the ability to see which job functions have the highest performance. It is a young tool so I am sure more features will be added as it is developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are looking at ABM solutions you should definitely take a look at Terminus. It not only is a more cost effective solution compared to other options but enables you to have more control with your programs. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Using Brightfunnel has helped our team optimize our outreach and efforts. This tool pulls in data from all over (Pardot, Salesforce, etc) and really helps us connect the dots! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

While worth it, It takes time to set up and customize the account to ensure different activities and efforts (ie emails, webinars, tradshows, etc) are properly weighted and attributed to sales. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I really like the ease-of-use with implementing new campaigns into the signature. Also, having full visibility on analytics & performance in an intuitive dashboard for performance is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just wish I could automatically add in the signature campaign across the entire organization, as company wide adoption is still a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we are using email as one of our primary channels for outreach to prospects & customers, we want the ability to promote new campaigns in an intuitive manner. With Sigstr, we can do just that, and also measure performance & results. We are looking to gain market share as a thought leader in Application Security, and we are constantly building on Awareness. What do you like best about DemandScience?

There are several things that I like about Terminus: 1. Costs are competitive with other ABM applications. 2. The ability to see which organizations are coming to our website is incredibly useful when used in conjunction with other applications. 3. Program set up and ongoing support have been absolutely incredible and Terminus has provided a tremendous amount of information that's been helpful to launch and tweak our ABM program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The Terminus dashboard is a little confusing and the reporting capabilities are a little limited and difficult to get a handle on. There are some reports that need to be added and some that need to be combined (i.e. ad metrics and web traffic). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great solution for smaller companies. One other ABM application provider didn't want to talk to me because they felt our company was too small for their solution to be of value. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Super straightforward campaign management enables our marketing designer to control messaging across the company with a single drag, drop, and click. Bringing on new hires doesn't even require them to do anything to get the signature setup. Love that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I'd love to see something like a Canva integration. We use Canva a lot to create signature designs and is a standard for us here internally. Would be an awesome partnership! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Two things. One, the onboarding with our CSM has been phenomenal. Probably the most "white glove" SaaS onboarding we've ever gone through. Two, ease of use. Marketing is only a part of my job and optimizing bids across display networks sounds like hell to me. I love that with Terminus I set my goal, building my inclusion list, add my creative, set a budget and BOOM the magic happens behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

This is nitpicky but I'd love to be able to build list in Salesforce reports and then allow Terminus to just use that report. Rather then building the list in a Salesforce report and then (again) in Terminus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't do any PPC because we aren't a mass market company. Terminus let's us include display advertising as a layer in our account-based outreach built around small account lists. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The software is easy to use & ensures brand consistency across our team. We no longer have to be the brand police to ensure each person has the correct signature format and the most recent offers / banners to promote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had some challenges with the chrome extension not working based on our tech stack, which prohibits us from seeing the individual user information in the analytics. What do you like best about DemandScience?

the sales process was very slick and left me very impressed with the overall product experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

the integrations take a very long time and effort to get right. And constantly need to be corrected if the structure is changed in the CRM.

The targeting figures that were promised are far below what is actually obtained. Especially since linkedin has allowed targeting directly, it makes a very little business case to go for terminus. Unless you want to spend a lot of money on ads.
