What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus is an easy to use, powerful, and highly effective display ad platform. Its ability to highly target display advertising works magic for your Marketing budget, making the platform one of the most cost-effective tools I use today. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Some features/UX that you would expect from a premier cloud-based platform like Terminus are missing. The product is hugely effective, but it definitely feels like it is still under development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

If you're doing any kind of ABM campaigns, Sigstr is a must for your tech stack. The ability to attach an on-brand, totally personalized signature to each email you send is invaluable to our team. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like that Sigstr is a modern tool that leaves a positive impression on email recipients.

I like that is has multiple use cases for internal and customer-facing uses.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

To get the most out of Sigstr I think you should have someone spend a good amount of time on it. This is not a bad thing, but something to know. It is not plug and play. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Super user intuitive. Very easy to get started and running. LOVE that it's a self-service option so I can control my campaigns 100% without having to rely on anyone at Terminus to get them launched. Also, it's great you can target tons of accounts (up to 500 per tactic) whereas other systems you can only target a couple hundred. It allows me to scale so I can have tactics that to just one company, all the way up to 500 companies. I LOVE the customer support I get. My Terminus account manager is extremely responsive and helpful - you truly get 1:1 support, which isn't the case at most technology companies any more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I don't like that there is no great way to run a ton of 1:1 campaigns. 1:1 campaigns are most effective for me but due to being limited by my current subscription of 15 tactics there's no way I can run more than a couple at a time, since I need most of my tactics for other campaigns. To go up any further in the subscription doesn't make much sense to me since at that point our monthly Terminus technology spend would be more than our monthly Terminus media spend. Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:

If you want to implement campaigns quickly, make changes quickly and have 100% control of your campaigns, Terminus is the best platform I have found. Also, if you plan to target a lot of accounts in different ways, it's going to be your best bet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Account based marketing. It's been great air cover for us to get awareness up in our accounts. The 1:1 campaigns in particular are effective in helping us getting meetings. We've also benefited by non-ABM campaigns including pre-event campaigns for tradeshows we are attending as well as customer campaigns promoting our own user conference. What do you like best about DemandScience?

As a user, I am able to customize my audiences and their signature view easily. In campaigns, I am confident we can utilize Sigstr as a supplemental push with our marketing efforts. It's the little things that make a huge difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At no fault of Sigstr's, we do not utilize their design capabilities as much as they offer. We often utilize our own custom pictures when designing a campaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Company misrepresented the offering completely and would not reimburse us even partially for the lack of capabilities in the solution. They sold the solution to us that they claimed would include both the ad buys and their solution. We found out later that we had to pay an additional 30,000+ for the ads. Was trying to do targeted ads to our ABM accounts, but we never fully implemented as they had to charge us extra for the ad buys. Product is not easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry that you had this experience. We pride ourselves on operating ethically and helping our customers achieve their marketing/revenue goals. I am very disappointed to hear there wasn’t clarity around pricing for you.

To be clear - Terminus charges a platform fee, and passes through your advertising costs, according to your usage. The platform fee does not cover advertising spend as that varies by customer. This has been consistent since our founding in 2015, and is also stated in our MSA.

Disappointed is really where I am now with this product. The metrics collected currently are not presentable . When meeting with the team they suggested that BrightFunnel should be used more as guidelines not reportable metrics. I hope that they solve this - but for now it really all we can use this for. With Sigstr I am able to further promote events and other marketing pushes via email signature. Sigstr is not disruptive at all to the email experience which is important for the user experience.
