What do you like best about DemandScience?

Super fluid to implement and start to realize amazing benefits and impact from the start. We started with an initial 200 employee launch and it was very easy to get the initial campaigns created. The first surprise was the volume of impressions to our signatures and the level of impact. The second great surprise was when we rolled out Pulse and understanding the relationships across accounts that helped us better understand who and where we have the strongest relationships within an account.

As a customer I've also been appreciative of the strong partnership and collaboration with the team. They've listened to feedback and we've seen some of those suggestions quickly make it into the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Nothing significant at this time. A recommendation to new customers would be to ensure that all campaign creators align on the image banner dimensions to prevent rendering issues across conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to run campaigns against specific recipients and accounts, measure engagement with signatures & relationships within specific organizations.

Key benefits have included the engagement from both prospects and existing customers with the banners. The performance equals and in some cases surpasses even the performance of targeted display ads to accounts across other external ad networks & linkedin.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Set up as an admin was fairly simple and Sigstr's Customer Success and other Technical Support personnel were able to get a good portion of our environment ready in a short time frame. The product works great with a little tweaking of Office 365 connectors and transport rules, in my company's case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Since we were early adopters of the product, my only quibble would be that a lack of knowledge base articles forced me to reach out to TEchnical Support, but they gave great support and got me on the right track immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

The setup, support and customer service were top notch. We had a dedicated rep with bi-weekly calls to try and work through success. With some problems, we were able to speak to high board members to try and figure out solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

ABM is a mindset and we bought pretty well into it. However as the tool was implemented, we just never saw action from the advertising. Seeing hundreds of thousands of impressions go out and thousands of clicks, none ever completed any action (which is pretty unfathomable) or potential clients never confirmed seeing the ads. This made me want to test the company matching ability that the tool is built on with my own company and quickly it was apparent the matching was wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

The ability to target specific accounts with display advertising. Also being able to see which specific accounts are visiting the website. The integration with Salesforce allows seamless workflows to move prospects from one campaign to another, making it easy to move people down a journey to engage with your brand. There are a few adjustments on the interface that can be made. Also the LinkedIn API integration is very limited — can only target a max of 200 companies for a LinkedIn Sponsored Update via Terminus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am enabling 1 to 1 advertising air coverage for my Sales organization. What do you like best about DemandScience?

It has allowed us to target specific departments from key accounts. Our customer success manager has also been extremely helpful and very responsive throughout my entire experience with Terminus. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Sometimes there is a lack of flexibility with what you can/can't do. There is also a 2-3 day delay in when you submit a campaign/tactic to when it goes live so you definitely have to plan your strategy/process around that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Terminus has allowed us to get extremely personalized through our paid channels when it comes to ABM, allowing us to target not only key accounts/companies, but also specific departments within that. This has allowed us to do so much more with our marketing dollars because we're not wasting thousands of dollars targeting all of the wrong people. This also allows us to add deeper personalization through paid channels as well to any accounts that we are one-to-oneing.

Since coming on board, we've Identified target accounts better and moved our model to an all-bound model that enables our sales team to prospect on accounts that are already exploring our solution.
