What do you like best about DemandScience?

What do you like best about DemandScience?

My favorite part about working with PureB2B is the dedicated support they provide throughout the lifecycle process. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Their targeting criteria gets very granular and allows you to target very specific groups. You lead volume may be a little lower and CPL higher but you can ensure you are only getting relevant leads.

They also allow you to reject any leads that slip through and don't fit your criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The leads seem to have little to no brand recall. They convert on you offer on a third-party site and are delivered the offer. This results in leads being pretty cold and they will take a lot of nurturing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

What I liked best about Ramble was working with their team. They were always extremely responsive to questions and welcomed new ideas and feedback. Without question, one of the best vendors I’ve worked with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside was that some of the features that we desired were not developed yet. Most, if not all were on their product roadmap and they were receptive to ideas & requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We started using Ramble as part of our chatbot strategy. Before using Ramble, our engineers had to integrate our AI bots with our existing chat platform. Not only was this time consuming and taxing on resources, but the final result also limited us from taking advantage of all of the features our bots were capable of. With Ramble, we were able to seamlessly integrate our bots to their platform in a matter of minutes, without requiring engineering resources. Not only was the integration simple, it also allowed us to create a better customer experience by taking full advantage of the visual elements that our previous platform lacked. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Ramble's company culture and overall product is impressive. Their Single Click Chat is really great - deploying instant chat communication beyond our website and anywhere online, which is quite different than other vendors.
