What do you like best about DemandScience?

I love its ability to sync with my smart lists in HubSpot. We create our target lists for specific campaigns in HubSpot, and with one click of a button we can link those lists with Sigstr, and serve relevant offers to our recipients. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The only downside of Sigstr is that if your organization uses another system for reaching out to leads/clients/partners etc, you might not have the opportunity to use Sigstr. For example, my company uses TeamWork (a project management tool) to contact our clients. So, any message sent to them is through their project in TW, which bypasses gmail entirely, meaning those messages don't get to use Sigstr. So it's important that the majority of your email communications work with a system that integrates with Sigstr. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer have "stale" email signatures. Because of the ABM capabilities and integration with HubSpot, our contacts move seemlessly through any funnel or nurture we've built out as they jump from one smart list to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Every time I have submitted a support ticket I have gotten a response (and usually a fix) back that same day. The team is incredibly supportive and responsive and really passionate about making a product that works for me and my organization. The interface is also very sleek and user friendly. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

For our organization in particular, we have many teams and sub-teams. There wasn't a great way out of the box to manage teams of teams in a hierarchical view. That said, Sigstr DID create a super user level view for us to jump between team instances, which was appreciated. A better way to see all teams rolled up into one view and then be able to drill down into those teams for administration would be preferable. Also the responsiveness of the web app is a bit lacking. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a sales driven organization that has issues with trickling down marketing messaging to boots-on-the-ground reps. This simple touch every time the sales team sends an email ensures our messages are seen by the right audience - the one we're already having a conversation with. Managing leads and contacts on such a large scale throughout the country is difficult, but the segmentation and integration with our marketing automation platform that Sigstr provides makes my job a million times easier. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like that I can use Sigstr to subtly advertise a new feature, blog post, or another marketing piece that will draw my customers to our site to learn more. It also sparks conversation with prospects and customers on a regular basis! It's also very easy to change my gmail signature via Sigstr - their editor is really great! Additionally, I really enjoy seeing the reporting. It's so cool to see how many clicks you get as well as the a/b testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

There's not much to dislike! Sometimes the formatting is a little wonky in the preview, but then it looks just fine in my actual signature! The support team was very quick to help us the one time we were having formatting issues (our signature looked way too big for whatever reason). But it was like the support team stopped what they were doing to assist us, and the problem was fixed in under thirty minutes! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:

I would recommend seeing the U/I and making sure Sigstr integrates with whatever tool you're hoping it will. It works perfectly with gmail, which my company uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I'm able to not be in my customers' faces about material I want them to see. Sigstr allows me to be a bit more subtle with my communication style. What do you like best about DemandScience?

We're really pleased with the ease of use, account insights with the visitorID, recent addition of Surge data and the ability to quickly launch ABM tactics. Terminus has allowed us to get started with ABM quickly and to start seeing results and ROI. There recent additions of Bombora and intent into list building has been instrumental in helping us hone our ABM strategy and execution and target the right accounts the first time. We're just now starting to experiment with behavioral triggers and are excited to use it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Would love to see the ability to orchestrate campaigns on different channels, not just display and LinkedIn, in the future. The Salesforce integration around building target account lists still needs a little work- such as adding the ability to use 'Contains' or "Does not contain' logic to grab data from text fields. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like being able to control our brand and have a consistent look and feel across employees. We're also able to make mass announcements. But the hidden secret weapon is the first time you see a Closed Won Opportunity in Salesforce with Sigstr as the lead attribution. We brought on Sigstr back in its early days to solve the problem of everyone setting their own signatures and not allowing for brand consistency. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I love the brand consistency and the fact that you can turn every user into an extension of your company's marketing efforts. Sigstr is working to make meaningful integrations with your tech stack too. The tool would work best if content is driving the strategy and the digital team admin is executing based on that content strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the most important integrations I feel would be for human capital management vendors such as Workday or BambooHR. It is difficult to manually edit user licenses espeically with a predominant sales user base that moves around often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are ensuring employees are on brand and promoting various brand campaigns, recruiting efforts, and event promotion. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I enjoy the simple infrastructure to add new employees, campaign banners, etc. It's a very intuitive solution with a very small learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

In the main admin panel, it would be nice to have campaigns segmented by group, and not just defaulting to all campaign. That could help the landing page feel a bit less cluttered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistency with branding of email signatures has always been a struggle for my institution. Even though we have a limited number of licenses, it helps with creating a targeted campaign with consistent branding that others see and want to adopt. The analytics are wonderful, and we've enjoyed playing with the A/B testing of graphics recently. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The platform is user very friendly. The Terminus team is easy to work with and very responsive and great support. It gives good insight on your current accounts since its synced with our CRM and shows engaging accounts in terms of website activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The platform does not have any lead level information and the reporting is not very cohesive. Also would be great to have other options rather than web ads for an account based marketing campaign because the click rate was low and the time spend on page was low and bounce rates were high. I’m glad to hear you’re happy with the usability of Terminus and that you’ve had a good experience working with our team. But I’m also sorry you have not been able to see the lead-based metrics you expected. We recently launched new view-through tracking for web visits and conversions that are now available to all of our ads-based customers.

This reporting view offers better visibility into how your ads are influencing conversions and web visits beyond just ad clicks, giving a fuller picture of the impact your ads are driving at your target accounts.

In the past few months, we have also implemented significant under-the-hood improvements that have led to reductions in fraudulent ad clicks via “bots” (where we were already the industry leader in limiting ad fraud). You should see lower bounce rates and higher time on site as we continue to ensure only the people you care about land on your pages.

While we do have an account-based ads component to our full platform, we are always expanding our partnerships and capabilities to support additional use cases. For example, we have many customers using our best in category intent signals to trigger email campaigns based on data they are importing from our account-based hub into their CRM. These partnerships truly create a surround-sound ABM messaging experience for your best-fit accounts.
