The team is extremely responsive and agile. They are quick to respond to pivots and changes in our campaigns and are very responsive to any and all questions I have, either about titles, trends, etc.
The readout they provide about the different campaigns is comprehensive and allows for quick proof of concept and ROI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our partnership thus far has been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is good for basic account based marketing needs. They have very good support and documentation for any questions as well. The platform is user friendly and straight forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to match account IPs for accounts outside of North America. The statistics and analysis of campaigns are not in dept enough to plan follow up campaigns. Their new feature which recognises intent topics is good but again has an issue because its largely inbound. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Terminus has solid ad ops launch practices to make it easy to get campaigns up and running. Their account building lists makes it easy to segment and target the right accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting features are lacking and hard to follow. Furthermore, their LinkedIn ads aren't up-to-date so you can't even include CTA buttons, lead gen forms, or other new ad unit formats.
Furthermore, we've had many issues matching actual accounts to their data pool and aren't able to target a lot of accounts in our target audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a marketing and branding perspective, I love how I can control who gets what campaign and signature. There's no hoping that sales will post the image you sent anymore. Every image will come through since it's coded in the HTML so it doesn't show up as a red x image. I love the ability to track and test which campaign image is working better, too. You're able to upload multiple images to each campaign and even gifs so it doesn't become wallpaper. It's great advertisement space that everyone has in their email signature. I dislike having to keep up with removing employees who leave our company from our sigstr database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Always very easy to work with, flexible, reliable. Keeping in close comms helps with being prepared for turnkey change in direction, make it very easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing that I did like here. Wish clients were more open to exploring so that the industry could grow and benefit from testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sigstr is super simple to use and lets us distribute content through our most important and highly seen channel - our employee email. We love that we can organize campaigns by position or team within the company and run ABM campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there's not much to dislike about Sigstr. I think more customizable data and deeper insights would be great, but they've already done a great job connecting to Salesforce and providing lifetime value and net new deals attributed to Sigstr campaigns. From onboarding to utilizing their experts, Terminus has been a valuable partner, helping our company expand our digital footprint and lead the way to a coordinated Sales and Marketing ABM strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You have to log into two separate portals. I wish that could be seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a lot of products on the market that claim to be ABM tools. Terminus makes such a claim, but their capabilities are limited. If you narrowly want to serve ads they are quite good - but do not confuse Terminus with an end to end ABM solution. ABM is far more complex than what Terminus offers. Consider them ABM "training-wheels". A good way to get your feet wet in the space, but you'll outgrow them quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very limited product offering without a lot of differentiation against other providers in the space Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The email banner campaigns are great, and it's such an easy way to put content in front of prospect when the sales reps are emailing them on a daily basis. They are continuing to come out with so many new features, and always ask for customer feedback on their road maps. The Relationships tool is also great. It allows our sales reps to connect with the top names at accounts they're trying to sell to, by using names the person is familiar with.
The thing I like most though, is the support. Sigstr support is zero to none. Anytime I have a question, I feel confident in the support team to solve the issue, no matter how big or small. They don't stop until the issue is solved. My company is probably one of their more complex customers, with very demanding requirements and customization. They have spent countless hours helping my team improve our user experience. Thanks for everything you do! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't really say "dislike" because they are a younger startup, so the features are still in process of being perfected. The one feature that would be really beneficial for us would be to allow sales to select which banner they'd like to use in Outlook. I know the Sigstr team is already working on this, though.
