Ramble gives is the flexibility to initiate a chat from anywhere, so that our potential buyers can engage with us through a variety of channels, not just our website. Ramble is also very easy to set up and get started; anytime we've needed help their customer support has been very responsive. Their customer service has been tremendous. While I don't always base my application purchasing decisions on price, Ramble offered the most value for the dollar than I previous chat vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ramble has limited integrations at this point, but they seem to be launching new features at a fairly quick pace. I wouldn't say that these limitations have been a show-stopper for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They were able to provide some good contacts for our database. These contacts seemed to be in the right company and at the right level within the prospective company. I would recommend their ability to source contacts for your database.

Our BDR changed several times and the quality of output varied dramatically with each person. We eventually stopped receiving leads and I had to point out the lack of production to their team before something changed. I was really hoping this would work out, but their outsourced team seemed to change too often to find stability.
They did not have an integration to HubSpot, so we had to manually load items into our CRM.
As their services started to expand, the upsell packages became quite pricey. It didn't make sense to hire an agency in the US for the same price that I could pay someone to sit on my payroll. My favorite thing about working with Terminus is the people. From our CSM to the support team, everyone is so responsive and always willing to jump in and help where they can. I can't speak to how great each individual is enough, especially our CSM Liz! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work with PureB2B to capture leads from new sources. The leads always match our segmentation criteria and our sales team appreciates the buyer intent data. Also, the direct integration with our Salesforce Pardot database enables our sales team to follow up immediately and their customer service is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to adjust the daily spend.
I really liked how responsive the sales and customer service staff have been. Whenever we had a question, they were always ready to help, and provided answers quickly. Often our customer success person would engage technical staff to provide input.

Personalization of creative to an account is a drag. If you want to have unique creative for different accounts, you have to duplicate tactics and manage them independently vs setting dynamic variables.
Reporting is not easy in this system. It is not possible to do date-range or cross-tab reporting on campaigns.
There was no onboarding checklist when we signed up. While the support team was helpful, the onboarding process felt very ad-hoc. I feel like many of the objections and challenges I had would have been shared by other clients. We would have benefitted from some visibility into the entire onboarding process. I really love that we have a dedicated team to work with when launching campaigns. The Terminus team is happy to talk us through the campaign strategy and make sure we're doing everything correctly. The Account Hub product can get really messy very quickly. The Termius team is responsible for connecting all the inputs and there is nightly sync so if you want to add new data to it, you'll have to wait a day before you can do any reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
