What do you like best about DemandScience?

The platform has been very intuitive for the most part. Our onboarding specialist was extremely helpful to get up and running (even in the beginning of Covid-19) and made sure we had everything we needed to succeed. I love getting the weekly spiking reports to see our engagement in a snap shot. Also, the out of the box reporting has been super helpful for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Honestly, there isn't much that I've come across that I dislike. I am not the strongest user but I have been a big part of implementation and getting setup. If we were able to adjust our custom fields on our own (ours have changed a few times) it would be easier but not a deal breaker and understand their team needs to do it. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were not using any ABM tools prior to Terminus and actually not doing much ABM. It has been a great tool for us to begin navigating the world of ABM. What do you like best about DemandScience?

From a business perspective it's a great tool to have to ensure branding is consistent company wide. In order to get the most out of Sigstr Performance we require integration with several platforms, when an integration wasn't available implementation went above and beyond to find a solution. What do you like best about DemandScience?

We can easily target display ad tactics to set of accounts within a specific market. And the Terminus campaign is linked directly to a Salesforce campaign, allowing attribution reporting. Website analytics and engagement is tracked and reported directly in Terminus.

The Terminus account management and support team is very helpful in optimizing our campaign tactics and offered recommendations to improve our advertisement creative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We currently are not able to import contacts from an excel file into an active tactic. A new tactic must be created. Terminus is aware of the inconvenience here. The integration with LinkedIn is limited in that we cannot manage the campaign and individual ad targeting, budget allocation in Terminus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:

The platform is most effective when integrated with your CRM (Salesforce). Your sales teams can also use Terminus to gain actionable insights on each account. The Terminus Account Hub is the most effective tool. The target accounts are synced to the Hub and can be segmented by SFDC feilds into lists and added to display ad campaigns. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to effectively engage accounts with advertisements using a geo-targeting strategy. We find this level of ABM less effective when using alternative channels. With Terminus, we are able to achieve actionable insights into reach and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Unlike other vendors, PureB2B team has a great support and check in process where I am very confident that if something goes wrong, they can act and look into the issue right away. Of course, the quality of the leads they send us are good but I like the fact that we can get their information shortly after when they interact with our content. Sometime the lead's email addresses are different from what we already have, and create duplicated record in our system (but with different email so it's hard to catch...) but this does not happen so often, only here and there.
