I love the constantly growing tech stack available and the customer support. The technologies give us insane insights that enable us to develop high-quality leads and get ahead in the target's buy cycle. The dashboards in Account Hub are absolute garbage. They're unfriendly and unusable and "ugly". How does a company with such an expanding reach, so many pleasing interfaces, give us such a piece of crap dashboarding ability? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration behavior between Terminus and Salesforce is a bit light - I would like to see more automated and selective integration of fields/field values between Terminus and Salesforce. PureB2B is exceedingly easy to work with. My previous company used a variety of different publishers to promote our various content and when we ran an analysis on each vendor, PureB2B converted from net-new leads to opportunities at the highest rate! I am not the strongest user but I have been a big part of the implementation and getting our account setup. We have changed our custom fields a few times, so It would be nice if users were able to adjust the custom fields on our own rather than going through the CS team. It's hard to pick a single thing that I like the best. Terminus provides a way to put targeted messaging in front of the specific accounts, titles and departments you want to target through their Engage platform. They also provide powerful insights and analytics through their Hub platform, which is incredibly useful for planning and strategy with sales for our go-to-market approach.
