We used their content syndication service + intent. We received great top of the funnel leads within the month. These allowed for net new contacts to be submitted into our database.
We also used their call down services to call down existing marketing qualified leads, previously dispositioned leads and marketing leads that haven't passed our MQL thresholds. This has created a great amount of renewed interest in our products and many appointments for our reps to attend.

The tool itself is great. It's really easy to set up a campaign, understand the campaign types, and add UTMs. The insights per campaign get really granular up to who exactly clicks on a banner, which is super helpful. Targeting through the tool is relatively easy as well. The Targeted campaign feature really helps us easily execute personalized advertising. The analytics are a bit difficult to understand and would be easier if presented in some sort of visual manner, but that's not currently an option. I wish the weekly analytic emails went out with the data summarized as well. It's also difficult for anyone not using Gmail - while the installation is easy - I often find these accounts disconnect often and become inactive making troubleshooting a constant thing. Terminus is an effective product backed by a very responsive team. There is even more to the tool than we have even been able to uncover and/or leverage yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform itself has a lot of room to grow. They have acquired other pieces of software over the years that remain "bolted on" rather than being fully integrated. There are still some aspects of the tool that should be self-serve but instead involve opening a support ticket to achieve. The UI isn't bad, but it isn't as intuitive as it could be. Terminus has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adjust and grow their platform to continue to provide best in class analytics and advertising. I've been a Terminus customer for the last 5 years (at three organizations), and I keep coming back to Terminus because of their platform's continuing strength in analytics and advertising, but also by their penchant for actually to listening to feedback and implementing it.
I also love the Account Hub functionality, and the ability to see how our accounts should be segmented for account orchestration purposes. Being able to filter by engagement, intent signals, and current activity is invaluable for our marketing strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's still some work to be done in combining the remarkable data strength of the BrightFunnel platform into Terminus - there are still some divisions between where certain data is available. This has continued to improve with each release, so I feel confident that they'll continue to improve this functionality and provide that view as a "single pane". I valued the fact our partner, Cody, took the time to listen to my objectives and goals for the department and came back with relevant options. He wasn't simply trying to sell packages and disappear, he worked as an extension of my department to find a solution and follow it through. As a result, we were able to build and expand programs that drove pipeline in a short period. PureB2B has an extension mix of demand gen solutions and relevant audience to support B2B needs. I've worked in enterprise software for quite some time and PB2B as delivered and has a team that cares about the customer goals first and foremost. I really have enjoyed working with PureB2B, not only is the communication excellent but the bio-weekly meeting is very beneficial. One of the perks I have experienced is the ablity to get very targeted contacts that pertain to our audience. The overall lead quality is great since we are able to put the exact filters and requirements we need. Overall it has been a great experience the leads have been extremely promising. The only true downside that I see is probably the integration into our marketing automation software but that might lie more on my internal team than PureB2B. I think overall the leads are good quality for the price paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
