The UX/UI is buggy, and frustrating. Date ranges never save, column modifications can't be saved and always resettings back to the default. Exporting spreadsheets take a few clicks, even logging out is also a few clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From the very beginning, I've been impressed with PureB2B's approach to customer relationship management. They are responsive, consultative, proactive at problem-solving, and accommodating to our various startup "quirks".
They deliver on time and act as guides in the lead gen, content marketing, and lead nurturing realms.
I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the leads they've provided us. Their willingness to go the extra mile with targeting means we've been able to tie qualified pipeline opportunities directly to this source quickly. My only somewhat sub-par experience with PureB2B was when we contracted with them to produce an eBook. The content team was terrific to work with; however, our messaging and positioning is so nuanced, it was tough to get a draft that worked well for us. I ended up doing a lot of direct writing and editing myself. That being said, we're having this problem with other external copywriters, so we're likely just not a good fit for any outsourced content development at this time. Terminus makes it possible to measure account influence simply. The ability to target ads towards our key accounts helps manage ad waste and ensure program spend efficiency.
Terminus measurement tools go beyond tracking first touch and last touch attribution to show how ABM strategies impact the account across the buying team. Our CSM is a key part of our success as well.

Sometimes the platform can be slow to load, and the account insights within SFDC sometimes will not load. This issue may be on my end.
There is a learning curve to understand the data, the different "sides" of the platform, and how they interact. I wish it were easier to see how lists are built, it can be challenging to remember what each list includes.
I wish the intent data could be "jailbroken" out of SFDC; to use it outside of account insights takes manual work.

One thing that I dislike about Terminus is the platform dashboard.

We've been working with PureB2B for almost a year now, and have been really impressed with how communicative, organized, and easy to work with they are. All of our campaigns have run smoothly, and have resulted in really high quality leads at an affordable price. The leads they send over are engaging at a rate that is comparable (and sometimes better) to the rest of our database. The job titles and accounts are exactly who our target audience is. PureB2B is able to deliver on large lead volume requests, is flexible with account and title matching, as well as any additional steps to ensure that the client is able to target the right individuals within the right accounts. Their price points are extremely competitive, and they are easily able to target both North America and EMEA, given their GDPR compliance. They are a big team, so there at times has been a few too many rounds of landing page content updating etc, as this is outsourced. I've used the email experience channel under Terminus for the past few years. One thing that has remained consistent through their innovations and expansions is their commitment to an excellent customer support team. Kyle, my customer success manager, has been knowledgeable and collaborative in our strategic campaigns. He has served as a key consultant on optimizations, opportunities, and integrations. I like the consultative approach and expert guidance by the entire team at PureB2B to ensure optimal results. They are always responsive, professional and offer insightful feedback. Another positive to their programs is the ability to be very targeted to ensure that they deliver the leads that fit the exact persona we are targetting - resulting in better results at a cost that fits almost any budget. Top of my list of dislikes - support. Very long delays in resolving issues. Client Success can take days to respond to important inquiries. Billing was messed up, and it took forever to get it cleaned up. Contract issues took months to sort out. The amount of energy spent unnecessarily is embarrassing.
And then - the platform. Poor delivery of ads to our audience, high spend, targeting issues - all compounded by the lack of support noted above. Out of exasperation, we exited our contract early to move to another ABM platform that is targeting correctly AND spending less to reach our targets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
