What do you like best about DemandScience?

Like many marketers, I needed to dramatically cut marketing budget at the beginning of COVID. This is the only tool I immediately placed on my "protect at all costs" list. The return on spend, support/alignment from their success team, and comprehensiveness of channel alignment is unprecedented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I really wish there was a good mobile app. Also, the multiple places to login for different features can be a bit of a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terminus allows me to effectively manage and target demand budget to exactly where I need to make an impact and change quickly. In some quarters that is demand gen, sometimes retention needs more assistance, and sometimes key prospects need a little extra nudge to bring that big deal across the finish line. What do you like best about DemandScience?

We signed up to use the Sigstr functionality which changed names after we purchased. We liked being able to control everyone in the companies email signature and use it as a marketing channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We had a lot of struggles with bugs that displayed incorrectly. Our employees also struggled to get this added to their email signature easily. It would have had better adoption if the steps were more simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Advertising and Reporting: Ease and scalability of creating account segment lists and targeted display and LinkedIn campaigns. The reporting features have also been a huge driver in terms of how I report our ABM success metrics/KPIs out to the wider business. I also like that Terminus is not just a display and LinkedIn ads, but they also offer email signature ad solutions, personalized website experiences, and chatbots.

Sales enablement: Being able to serve up intent and engagement data to our sales and CS teams have been game-changing in terms of making sure we are all focusing on prioritizing the same accounts – allowing our marketing efforts to warm up accounts that are showing early buying signals and equipping our sales team with the insights they need to reach out to the right accounts, at the right time with the right message. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The limited number of intent topics we can track and a lack of clear direction for which accounts are showing intent/engagement in a house of brands accounts and/or accounts that are global in nature because all of the data rolls up to the Ultimate Parent account in our SFDC instance, not the sub-brands, sub-regions, or subdivisions of the child accounts. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I love the customer support from Terminus! We have monthly meetings with our Customer Success Manager where we discuss all things strategy, optimization, and general platform things. Even during times of account manager transition, we have always been looked after! I also love the Terminus Academy and Terminus Events. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Pure B2B has been able to deliver on large lead requests in relatively short periods of time, working with us to target our niche market and customize the list down to the exact titles and accounts that we were looking to reach. In the most recent campaign that I ran with them (launched about 2 months ago now) we have already received our first SQO. Getting more eyes on our content, specifically from our target market. What do you like best about DemandScience?

It seems like the platform is constantly improving based on available features and integrations. The Bombora Intent data can be actionable if leveraged correctly. Terminus also supports HTML5 display advertising and integrates with LinkedIn. Terminus' self-service training program, Terminus Academy is intuitive and helpful. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Salesforce is a requirement in order to fully leverage all of its features. For companies with a homegrown CRM this can be a serious disadvantage. There was a significant amount of time needed for setup and training before our company could begin utilizing the platform and while the onboarding process was smooth it seemed like it could have been condensed.
