What do you like best about DemandScience?

The software is impressive and the capabilities for execution and analytics far exceed our previous vendor. The thing I like best though has been the customer experience. From sales, to onboarding, to now working with our CSM it has been exceptional. Communication and training have been excellent and ensured a smooth transition and launch. Terminus has a full platform of services, however, there was never a hard sell approach, and our salesperson, Jim, listened and recommended what we were looking for and did not pressure us into something we did not need. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We went to Terminus because our previous chat service had a negative impact on our website experience as far as load times. They had a sub-par approach to customer service with continued price increases. The Terminus chat has proven to be a lighter load on our website, which has positively impacted our SEO scores. Also, the agility of the playbooks and the ability to duplicate and attribute to different campaigns in such an intuitive and efficient manner was certainly not available with our previous service. What do you like best about DemandScience?

We're still in our early days of adoption but what has really amazed us so far is how smooth our onboarding process was. Starting with our first engagement with the sales team to our hand-off - we were in constant communication and were able to meet different members of Terminus that could help answer all the questions we've had. Some of the reporting features in chat could be improved. As someone who is constantly using the tool you can adapt quickly but trying to explain the logic and where we see drop off throughout conversations can be difficult to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like that Terminus was very affordable for a small company with a small advertising budget. Their competitors had monthly minimum spends that were well beyond our budget. I also like that they continue to expand the features and offerings of their platform. The onboarding was great and the Terminus Academy made it easy to get up to speed quickly. There's not much to dislike. The platform works great. The dashboard in the Data Studio could be more visually appealing, but they're open to user suggestions and feedback. Also, only a few of the Terminus reports are available in Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus is a fantastic platform. It has the full scope of abilities for me to launch, and manage my ABM program. I can build our prospect profiles, customer target lists, build and manage ads in all forms, and in different platforms. Lastly, I am able to measure success easily. Terminus helps us see which target accounts are visiting our site, target our best accounts with cross-channel advertising, prioritize sales outreach, and accelerate revenue. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The platform's ease of use as you perform tactics is great. Being able to retarget, run a role-based experience, and so much more. The integrations they have with G2 intent, Bombora, and others adds another layer of detail with the intent that we value. I love the ability to use omni-channel interactions so this isn't just an ad platform. Running a cohesive campaign with email banners, chat, and ads is much more powerful. That some of the reporting is sold separately. I wish it was included. Also not a fan of how reliant this product is on salesforce. Not everyone has that CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus allows us to target exactly who we want so we are not wasting budget on companies who are uninterested or not currently looking to purchase our technology. We have several different campaigns targeting high-intent prospects, existing customers, existing partners, analysts, consultants, and investors within our space. What do you like best about DemandScience?

This was our first foray into ABM as an organization. The Terminus platform itself being simple to use made the journey more approachable.
