What do you like best about DemandScience?

Demand Science has been my preferred partner for display ads and content syndication for several years. They are easy to work with, they deliver excellent results and work in the best interest of my campaigns. They are quick to respond, attentive, have great attention to detail and are always offering suggestions on how we can improve. "Responsive Lead Generation, Needs Timely Delivery"
What do you like best about DemandScience?

I find DemandScience easy and quick to communicate with. They take on feedback really well. For example, when their lead invalidation rate was a little high one month, they greatly improved the following month. They're open with what stage of lead delivery they're at, produce summary charts showing how their lead pacing is, and always flag questions to gain clarity. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We've had a few blips with invalidation rates. Sometimes they need longer than recommended to deliver full lead delivery within a quarter, and they often ask to upload leads until the last possible day, instead of our recommendation of uploading a week prior to the end of quarter. DemandScience has a massive audience that has allowed us to easily match our target audience to generate leads from the exact people we are looking to engage at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, over the 1 year we have worked together we have had at least 3 different account executives managing our relationship. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like DemandScience because lead delivery directly to my CRM automates the manual process of downloading leads and adding them to my CRM. The cost per lead (CPL) is lower than with competitors and social media channels, especially with the added account-based marketing (ABM) layer which helps in getting good quality leads. They measure performance in a super accurate way and share accurate, clean data with me before calls, which really helps by saving me one more thing on my to-do list.
