What do you like best about DemandScience?

Demand Science is very flexible in terms of their campaign strategy, audience criteria. The pricing was competitive. They also support us on replacing the leads that don't work for us without questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

That Demand Science is always able to deliver high volumes of leads with tough criteria, especially in comparison to other publishers who sometimes turn down bookings due to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been a few hiccups in the past with delivery times and deadlines, but most times they still communicate the problems in time for us to tell the client so we can grant extensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

They had a great way to publish our content and use data intent to drive MQLs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We provided them with our targeted personas, and they missed the mark and provided us with the wrong prospects. The campaign was not successful using their until we provided them with 130 of our leads to call on and they booked 12 meetings out of it. However, because they don't have integration into Outreach, prospects didn't show up, and I had to hunt them down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

I find their communication style the most helpful. I appreciate their response time. It makes it easy to retrieve leads and get my work done. It is a top competitior as far as I am concerned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

I've been a user of Terminus for many years, initially with their Email Signature offering and then with their Chat experiences as well. Both platforms are easy to use, well-built for a crawl-walk-run approach to building your strategy within each, and quickly deliver real, measurable value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike about the platform. I've always found both Email Experiences and Chat Experiences easy to use, and have found great value in Terminus's customer success teams, online resources, and additional support servicers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email Experiences allows us to get even more value out of the thousands of emails our employees are sending every day, and quickly became one of our highest sources of traffic to critical marketing campaigns, including new content, major events, and other brand awareness campaigns. Chat Experiences has enabled us to improve the conversion rate on our website, getting users who weren't previously completing our Contact Us form to get connected to our sellers through customized chat experiences.
