What do you like best about DemandScience?

My background is in data, and Terminus has a lot to spare. You can build your strategy around the data available, and use what is relevant to your marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Out of the box, there is a lot of data. We've changed and refined our strategies several times and it has us revisiting the base product and trying to determine what is relevant and how to use it. There are a number of things with the data that aren't intuative, or will leave you processing data manually in Excel, but having defined processes for it will help you keep organized. I would recommend taking advantage of onboarding support and ensuring that you have the budget for Terminus and the time and attention to build and implement a strategy that takes full advantage of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're using Terminus for our advertising, website chat, and as a data platform. As a tool, we are using it to support our outbound strategy and be more targeted with our outreach, spending, and similar efforts. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Demand Science has an advanced targeting capability to ensure that every name we add to our database is within our ideal customer profile. I also love the intent targeting capability with their PurePulse product allowing us also to reach prospects that have expressed that they are in the market for our category Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

These leads require thoughtful follow-up via email marketing or direct sales outreach. We are still developing how to increase best the conversion rates of the leads they provide. While DemandScience has been a fantastic top-of-funnel contributor, I sometimes wish these leads were at a level of intent that would allow for greater conversion into sales-ready pipeline. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

DemandScience and its purepulse product have allowed us to target and generate leads in challenging markets in EMEA. I particularly appreciate the GDPR compliance of their lead gen tactics. What do you like best about DemandScience?

What do you like best about DemandScience?

We have very specific goals regarding leads, MQLs and sales opportunities at my organization. From working with Demand Science we have been able to not only meet those goals, but the team is always helping us to hone in and improve on the leads/MQLs delivered, in order to provide our sales org with the quality they need from us. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We have had a lot of back and forth with the targeting honing and segmenting in order to make sure our needs are met. At times, we feel as though we're very specific in our needs and things get missed. I think that there could be a better, more streamlined process, or maybe the platform could have an easier view of what our parameters are so that we can catch any misunderstandings quickly. What do you like best about DemandScience?

Launching ads and making sure that you can reach your exact target audience is a huge plus. I like having options to segment by account rules or through a csv list which ensures that I am reaching exactly who I want. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

There are some inconsistencies between launching campaigns in the US versus Globally. Contextual targeting can be helpful but not perfect. There are also inconsistencies in reporting. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The set up and auto lead sync to our marketing automation platform made it easy to get the leads into our system to pass to our sales team so they could follow accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
