What do you like best about DemandScience?

Demand Science is a great partner to use for content syndication to fill that top of the funnel sale leads that you are looking for. They were great to get the right piece of content in front of the people we are looking to target and turn into customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

There really isn't anything to dislike. It's a nice easy process to get your programs up and running at an affordable price. They also do great check ins to make sure the program is moving forward the way you need it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service was good - attentive, and ensured that false leads were replaced quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We got a couple of complaints from our sales team that these leads never downloaded our material, or even heard of us. It's possible that these leads forgot they downloaded from us, but it happened a few times during a pilot program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like how responsive the client service team is, how quickly they update content and provide reports or data files. I like that they adjust how they categorize leads to fit our business needs better. All around great service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the pages were being created to host our content, the formatting was a little rough around the edges. Definitely needed to be corrected, but they were fast about it. Good/fast client service solves everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

95% of the contacts they delivered fit our ICP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

None of the nearly 800 contacts provided engaged in any further content, offers, emails, or sales meeting requests. It's as if they never downloaded the content we provided to DS. We asked for proof that the contacts actually downloaded our assets as part of the syndication program. They could not. I asked for proof that any of the contacts showed "purchase intent". They could not. We asked for examples of landing pages where our content was available for download on their network that actually matched our ICP. They could not. I felt like I way overpaid for a basic list purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?
