What do you like best about DemandScience?

Terminus makes it very easy to quickly create very targeted and relevant audiences that allows us to target the right customers in the right places. Additionally, ther user interface is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Terminus would be improved if they had better integration between their web experiences platform and their reporting platform. Right now data is not paces between the two platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about DemandScience?

The reporting is pretty regular, and the people are very nice. They are also very helpful in answering client questions and even hopping on calls with clients if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

There were some learnings and realization that some aspects of campaigns and tactics were over-promised. There was a lot of turnover in my PoC's, and errors in reports, target audiences, etc became more and more common. I loved working with them in 2021, but 2022 took a turn, some of my new contacts just seemed a bit lazy and there were a lot of misses. I would still recommend them to certain clients - but having to double-check their work a majority of the time made my job harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think there were some learnings about what they were capable of doing and not doing was very difficult and not helpful to me or my clients particularly. What do you like best about DemandScience?

I like it's ease of use and dashboards as well as it's ability to target specific accounts. It is also great that it can connect to our instance of SFDC so I can both pull target segments directly from my SFDC database as well as see how the ABM campaigns are impacting the revenue pipeline for those targeted accounts. What do you dislike about DemandScience?

Their supposed chat specialists is non-responsive. The cost per click is very high compared to other mediums and tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to target the prospects at my ABM accounts wherever they might go on the web, not just in LinkedIn. This allows me to make an Awareness play to my account members where I may not have been able to get to them through other means (i.e. I don't know who they are). What do you like best about DemandScience?

The terminus chatbot is great and can be as simple or complex as you want to make it. The display ad network also targets better than Google Ads and can tether to Linkedin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting the platform up and running was bumpy and took longer than expected. It's also best to add extra support hours to help with the build, otherwise it's a lot to take on internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Better targetting of display ads than Google Ads and a cleaner tether to Linkedin Ads. Highly recommend including the Bombora package for intent data rather a separate instance of Bombora alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?
