What do you like best about DemandScience?

What I like best about Terminus is some of the reporting capabilities. Being able to see all the different kinds of touchpoints per each account is essential for us and our business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

The platform is not intuitive. It took extensive training to understand the basics, and we still often have questions. From a programmatic ad perspective, there are a lot of inconsistencies in Account Based Advertising and Global Targeting. As a global company, this makes it challenging for us from both a campaign-building and reporting perspective. We can't filter our audiences for global campaigns as well as we can for domestic-based ones, and we have to report on them differently. I also wish the A/B testing capabilities were more built out and easier to use. We don't feel like we get a true feel for what images are working better over others the way it's currently laid out, so often forgo A/B testing altogether. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Terminus allows us to create programmatic ad campaigns around the world, all in one place. We also use Terminus for important month/quarter-end campaign influence reporting that's essential for us to see what we're doing well, and what we may need to cut or adjust in the future.
