What do you like best about DemandScience?

- Great reporting, measurement, integration with CRM

- Love the LinkedIn integration as well as G2 intent integration

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

- They must make the platform more seemless in terms of the various modules (data studio, ad ex, measurement studio, etc)

- Reporting takes SUPER long to load, which is annoying

What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Demand science has been incredibly helpful in connecting our TAL to our content syndication efforts. We have unlocked an entirely new channel to support our Sales team in driving business from our existing TAL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We had some trouble connecting our HubSpot forms on the Demand Science side, which delayed our launch. However now that we have them live, they are working very well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

The Demand Science team is very customer-focused, their response time is excellent ad they are always willing to pivot the requirements to fit our needs. Leads are of very high quality and always delivered on time. Good post-campaign review and feedback as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

We experienced some hard bounces but the team always replaced those with new leads. The opt-out rate for our leads has been quite high but as they are top of funnel and still need a lot of nurturing that is to be expected and not something they can do anything about. DemandScience is helping me to understand which prospects are actually interested in our product. By showing the intent data, I can better understand who is ready to make a buying deicsion. What do you like best about DemandScience?

The team I have worked with have been the best! I loved the transparency and thir ability to deliver on time. My rep Natalie and CSM Karen knew my needs and what I my success metrics were and really delivered! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I have none! Many other vendors are only working without API connectors to our Marketo instance, I am happy to say the DemandScience team is able to deliver this capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

We only used DemandScience so far for their PPL / content syndication program, so I can only speak to that aspect so far. The quality of the leads is pretty strong, and they were quick to address any concerns I had regarding lead quality. We adjusted our campaign timeframes and targets more than I care to admit, and our account managers were always extremely responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

CPL is high comparitively, and you do have to stay on top of your own lead quality audits but that's to be expected. :)

This is nothing major but if I'm really nitpicking:

The lead delivery methods were a bit clunky and old-fashioned, and it seemed like the bi-weekly reports could have a dashboard / part of an integrated lead delivery portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DemandScience?

Better for salesforce software integration and collaboration of data. The software and its amazing are beneficial in keeping track of visitors' actions on your company's websites and web pages. Analyzing your audience's traffic and generating reports to know the customer's interest. The software provides several channels for marketing and engaging your customers. With this tool, you can live chat with customers, send and receive official documents, and put e-signatures on

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

There is no feature for creating groups to help send and publish your campaigns easily in groups. The tools available and the dashboard are not fully customizable; sometimes, its confussing to select the perfect tool for your desired work as the arrangement of tools and dashboard is a little clumsy. What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mostly use this software for sales and marketing in our organization; engaging our customers, talking to them, analyzing their issues and generating reports has been more accessible.
