**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I like how easy it is to use the product, especially in setting up different Sigstrs for different departments. It takes an overlooked piece of real estate (your email) and turns it into a great channel for communicating important messages. 

Their marketing team also puts out some great content that helps us come up with ideas for how to use Sigstr in new ways.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

Nothing that I don't dislike. We have not used all of Sigstr's capabilities, mostly because some of the ABM functionality doesn't work for our market.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are helping to keep a consistent look and feel for our brand when we are communicating both internally and externally. No more rogue signatures! It's a good way to drive awareness of key events and content.

As a 2x customer of PureB2B, I would highly recommend them. In both of my experiences I have received quality customer service. And most of importantly, both of my campaigns with PureB2B have performed well!

Prices are great and leads have been quality. The solution itself works well and the team is great to work with to implement.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The sales process is a little confusing and we have not always been clear on the output of lead quality that we were receiving. For example, we launched a campaign that was supposed to send over the highest quality leads and after bad feedback from sales, we learned that the campaign as described was not what was in market.

We are running content syndication programs to generate net new contacts into our system and get leads for our products, based on sales team account lists.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

Sigstr is seamless in its ability to allow us to create a centralized signature for each of our employees. We especially love the campaign options that make it easy for us to assign, edit and delete each signature with the click of a button! Before Sigstr, we had to send out  notifications reminding our users to change their signatures which was an extreme hassle. 

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The only thing I wish Sigstr had was an easier way to add and delete users. I'd love for Sigstr to remove people from our account based on their Gsuite status. Usually, when we deactivate a user inG suite, we have to follow up and manually remove said user from Sigstr. It's not a huge deal, but it's an extra step we'd love to not have to deal with.

Be sure to try out a demo if available just to make sure Sigstr is what your organization needs. 
Beyond that it's an awesome product!

Sigstr has allowed us to maintain a central signature deployment method, which has been super helpful within our organization.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

Terminus takes the programmatic demand generation function to the next level through high-quality ad placements, layering on account-level targeting and reporting capabilities to mitigate wasted ad spend and drive intentional pipeline. They've also recently improved their product functionality to support more complex and targeted marketing tactics and have used thoughtful acquisitions to expand their tech stack.

In addition to the proven benefits of the technology, Terminus is a vendor you want to work with. They are committed to making their customers feel like part of the team and that their input is valued and heard.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

There are some reporting capabilities left to be desired, but Terminus has an extensive product road map that presents a promising future for the technology. New features like ad-level reporting, view-through conversion tracking, increased account analytics and an improved integration with Bombora  skyrocket the potential value of the product.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:**

One of the best providers of account-based digital advertising in the space. Definitely a trusted partner in terms of ad quality and data security, and a pleasure to work with for customer advocacy.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terminus is helping us to answer the question: "What is my ad spend driving, if not leads?" The answer is pipeline influence and progression, two areas in which we've finally been able to benchmark in 2019. The ability to influence at the account-level as opposed to the lead-level has made a big difference in how the business looks at ROI. In-turn, this is helping our business to scale intentional growth rather than with the winds of historical demand generation.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

I love that Sigstr gives you an opportunity to tap an otherwise untapped marketing channel - your email. The support team is great, very helpful, and committed to getting you what you need. They also innovate quickly - it seems every time I login there have been improvements to the platform. It's also just really great to see leads come in that we otherwise wouldn't have gotten. I was also really impressed with the seamless sales process.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The UX is a little clunky and could stand to be streamlined. Lots of unnecessary clicks, but at least you can get the job done. I wish there was a better way for employees to be able to select their own banners without having to use a Chrome plugin. There are also some frustrating aspects of campaign management that I think can get re-thought to help streamline that process.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially installed Sigstr to standardize employee email signatures. Since then we're using it more as a promotional channel. Our employees are sending thousands of emails a day -- why NOT use that as an additional opportunity to promote our latest work?

I like its dynamic nature and flexibility in my daily workflow. Ensuring that my customers are up to date on what is happening with my company, and understanding when someone clicks on a campaign is super helpful. Tracking engagement through data is a level deeper than a typical sales motion.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

I wish that there was even more data to be displayed in a dashboard of sorts. I would love to see how long people viewed my email, but also understand forwarding patterns and click patterns deeper than what is currently displayed.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:**

Have an internal team help you to manage what takes place with your Sigstr signature. If I had to manage all of it on my own it would be a far less rewarding experience.

Keeping prospects and customers updated on new things happening with our company can take a lot of effort and time on the side. Sigstr allows for a continuous delivery in a bitesize format. Having this as part of my toolset, especially where it just runs itself, helps me to broaden my reach with prospects and customers.

PureB2B has a wide range of targeting options to reach the business professional your company is looking to get in contact with. Their CPL is reasonable when you look at what their competitors are charging.

Not really a lot to dislike, it will largely depend on the parameters for your individual demand gen org. In general, PureB2B tries to be very accommodating to any sensitivities or requests.

PureB2B is easy to work with and has a large audience in a variety of regions to be able to target whoever and however you want. I would recommend seeing if there is a fit if you’re looking for these services.

Demand generation to get in front of target professionals to raise brand awareness, get their contact information into our system, and be able to sell to them.

Creating the links takes time, which is a little boring when we need to be more agile to activate the campaign.

Sigstr is built to handle large quantities of data and support streamlined experiences across web browsers and email clients. With optional features of call scheduling straight from an email and even more capabilities that i'm not aware of -- it is a good platform. Certainly worth the cost if you're using all functionality.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

I wish the tools within Sigstr were more intuitive, and easier to manage in fewer steps. I would love more options to segment users into multiple groups at the same time (depending on recipients)

**Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:**

Make sure you get a demo and really understand all of the capabilities offered. It's a big, bold solution -- but you might not be ready for all of it just yet.

Sigstr helps us segment out email signatures based on role within our organization. At this point in time, that's where our efforts go -- we know that Sigstr's capabilities stretch far beyond our use, and when we're ready we'll implement more of its functionality.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

The people at Sigstr have always been so kind and responsive, regardless of the need. We've been able to have regular, one-off, and email-based communications as required to get the tool doing exactly what we need. Plus, the platform itself is fairly intuitive.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The tool itself has a high price tag, which can be difficult to sign on for if you're not using it to its fullest extent (think ABM). But that's only a con in the sense that you need to know to what extent you can expect to reasonably leverage Sigstr, and the time your own team will put into its adoption and growth. (And if it's not much, you may (technically) be paying for more than you need.)

**Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:**

I think Sigstr is likely the best signature tool on the market, albeit one of the pricey ones. So just think about your needs, your budget, and if they align: Sigstr's a good way to go.

It's nice to have uniform, branded email signatures that get our time-sensitive or compelling messages, events, and assets out via email. It's also great that we can measure usage and some effectiveness.

After reviewing all the major competitors in the market, we landed on Terminus as our solution of choice based on how their platform makes it easy to manage both the strategic and tactical aspects of implementing an account-based strategy. 

From account selection through to campaign management and measurement, we now feel like we are equipped with insights that are actionable, which can also be shared across the sales and marketing team to increase our overall alignment.

I'd like to see some increased capabilities in the realm of account discovery and identification so that we could consolidate our tech stack.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are solving with Terminus relates to measurement and insights. We have run account-based campaigns in the past, but the depth of actionable information always fell driven by our account-based strategy. Terminus has filled in that gap for us.

With the Bambora intent integration  into Terminus we have been able to market to an audience that is specifically looking for our product. This has provided great results for company and marketing team. The integration between the two products is awesome and can be valuable to any company in the market for an ABM platform.

I would recommend looking into having your own database at Terminus of this is possible. You can only market to whose in your CRM or through excel imports. Having your own database would be a big competitive edge.

Not much in this arena. PureB2B is always looking to build relationships and you can confuse aggression with eagerness.

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

The ability to syndicate unique banners and marketing messages across groups of users with different attributes is the most compelling. I like being able to control what appears in the footers of people's email addresses, especially since they wouldn't keep it up to date if it were entirely up to them.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

The disconnect between buzz and impact. Our organization buzzes about Sigstr and the visual addition it makes to the emails our team send every day. However, the impact Sigstr has on driving conversions and leads pales in comparison to other lead sources. I find it annoying when internal folks speak highly of the platform but ignore other channels that have a much greater impact.

Providing timely, accurate information in email signatures. It's allowed us to cut down on the amount of incorrect information (phone numbers, web addresses, marketing offers, etc.) that exist in staff email signatures.

The team is always very responsive and every conversation we have is both helpful and informative. It is very easy to scale campaigns to fit a large budget and broad target parameters.

Sigstr makes promoting key campaigns in your company easy, enticing, and smooth. The web-app is intuitive. The rest of our marketing team has been surprised by how much traffic Sigstr can drive. The support team has been quick to act and thorough in their responses.

At times, Sigstr has been buggy. But, the support team was quick to solve our issues and a pleasure to work with.

**Recommendations to others considering DemandScience:**

Automating new hire email signature headshots and formats would be very helpful for growing companies. Also, providing AI-based recommendations around which offer would resonate with a target audience (and which employee groups a campaign should be assigned).

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating demand and traffic through an underutilized channel. We've seen fairly significant brand awareness and revenue generation through Sigstr; it's a great way to make all of your employees part of your marketing department.

The customer service team is very responsive. Also, their integration with Demandbase serves as an immediate/intrinsic validator of their brand/capabilities (again, in a somewhat murky space)

Haven't really experienced much in the way of downside, yet! I suppose the leads could perform better, but they always could!

I'd usually recommend going through an RFP process with this type of vendor, just to have a point of comparison, but generally PureB2B has not disappointed!

**What do you like best about DemandScience?**

The team at PureB2B was the highlight for me. Working with Esto, Eric and the others, they were able to help turn our team's vision into action. I found it to be very collaborative and felt that they became more of an extension of our team, rather than just a vendor - customer relationship. The leads they generated for us never strayed from the target profiles.

**What do you dislike about DemandScience?**

There wasn't a whole lot I disliked. The issues we had were more internal, rather than stemming directly from PureB2B. The team at PureB2B definitely provided tactical and strategic best practices for us to follow. If anything, some clearer insights on how they got the leads they did would have been nice additional context to have.

Make sure sales and marketing are aligned and your internal processes are properly put in place.

We used PureB2B for ABM content syndication and lead generation, targeting our ideal personas at our target companies.

PureB2B is an awesome company and we partner with them to generate high quality top of funnel leads to add into our system and into our nurture programs. The team really cares about our success and always has monthly check-ins with us on our programs to date. We're also able to target based on our top target accounts and choose our own unique content for targeting.

I love that Terminus as a company (and all of our amazing reps) has always been open and transparent with customers about capabilities, gaps, and roadmap. My account representatives have always been willing to listen to the customer discuss  their experience, and actually, take that information and run for a solution. I feel as though my experiences and pain-points are important and may ultimately have an impact on the Terminus roadmap.

While we understand the limitation of number of accounts that can be targeted within a tactic (as the point here is to be 'spear fishing' rather than 'casting a net') we often struggle with such a low max of 500 accounts. We find ourselves breaking what could have been one tactic into 2, 3, or 4 to fit within the account max

Although Terminus is growing quickly, the support and customer success teams make you feel as if you are working 1:1. They are listening. I have never felt like we were just one of many customers paying for another mar-tech platform.

Quick and multi-team setup of chat service to drive leads and transactions across multiple regions (with multiple regional teams).  We have been able to onboard teams and new team members very quickly.  We've also been able to customize the platform to our needs (ie. different chat call-to-action for mobile).  The live chat service has resulted in a boost in leads and transactions, enabling us to be more accessible to the customer when they have questions.

I like how easy it is to update a signature for a large group in the company. Much better than sending out the html and getting people to copy and paste that into their email signature.

It's pretty manual. It would be cool to have an integration directly with our human resource software to remove users and create groups automatically. Granted, we do not have licenses for all of our employees, it would still be nice to have the option.

I recommend digging in on groups and the best way to allocate licenses across the org. We are not deployed across the entire org, so had to pick and choose who gets access.

**What problems is DemandScience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stale email signatures and inconsistent messaging across the org. This is a huge benefit as we can ship new assets immediately. We've seen some pretty cool success with our larger brand campaigns and even our yearly conference.

The ability to dynamically use different signatures is a great idea and there aren't many other vendors we've found in the past that offer this functionality.

The integration with Office 365 is not good enough. Also requires either an Outlook plugin (not ideal) or a transport rule that ships all of your email to Sigstr (which is not something we're comfortable doing). There seems to be a tighter and more favorable integration with G suite.

Talk through your use cases and expectations with the Sigstr team before proceeding.

I love the brand consistency that sigstr promotes. No longer do you have to read through a document about what font and such you need for your signature or how to attach a logo. The signatures are created directly in Sigstr and easily accessed by the employees.

Allowing employees to edit their signatures is not always ideal. I wish we could pick and choose who is and isn't allowed to update their signature. Also as a user only I have limited functionality to be able to really learn more and utilize the great features that Sigstr offers.

If you're looking for an easy way to promote brand consistency and save time - then sigstr is the way to go. There are various other features within it that we have not used but would be beneficial to those in marketing.

It's a time saver, employees are not wasting time trying to format and create their signature from a word document or company wide email. They are able to have it easily created within Sigstr and then can have it set up for their emails.

I like the hierarchy of PureB2B as it provides near to perfect solution for researching, displaying and syndicating the leads through their 3 way process of TOFU, BOFU and Research.

There is no downside as such to discuss about PureB2B but the pricing structure is a bit stringent. This could be worked upon more to make it more flexible for accommodating larger audience.

It aligns email format, branding, and messaging across the company.  It also adds content and CTAs to emails and it makes it easy to schedule content based on events or intended audience.  The setup was very simple and the team was great to work with.

Current there isn't a way to automate A/B testing and get a real idea of which campaigns are driving clicks compared to others.

There really wasn't anything I disliked.  The negotiation for going rates and CPLs is always a little bit of a hassle, but you get that with any vendor.

Sigstr is totally unique from any other software we've used before, and both simple and powerful at the same time.  When we do need support, the response time is incredible and everyone we've worked with has been very knowledgeable and helpful.

We haven't run into any downsides yet - there are new features that I believe are in the works that will be great, but what we have is powerful and working exactly as we had hoped.

Sigstr has tools that allow you to take a wealth of information that you already have (contacts, email, calendar) and utilize it in a totally unique way to help both your sales and marketing efforts.

We have a very large database of Accounts, but did not have a great handle in our CRM of the Contacts that we are really working with at those Accounts.  Sigstr has helped us to improve our CRM data, as well as drive user adoption - because we're able to give the sales team better information without needing them to do any additional work.  

The email signature product has been great for brand recognition, consistency and event marketing.

Additionally, I think Sigstr will be a powerful tool in helping us connect our reps that are entering new territories or new markets in an existing territory with the people they should be talking to.

We are an agency that does monthly webinars and publishes new guides on an active basis. It's important that we're able to distribute these through every channel possible. Sigstr allows us to refresh our creative on an active basis and drive more engagement to our content then would otherwise be possible.

I also really like how Sigstr doesn't require me to do anything beyond my day-to-day to get email signature CTAs in every email.

As just a user of the toolset, I don't have as much visibility into performance as the admin that is responsible for setting it up. Would be nice to see how much value-add individual users are providing when using Sigstr email signatures.

I am delighted with this system, as it gives me a complete and detailed visual of the visits my ads receive, even allowing me to see where each prospective client comes from and see the results of each visit along with the rate of return of the investment made by ad.

I also like this system because it allows me to plan and evaluate my sales strategies in the best way, in order to optimize them to the maximum and thus get the best possible performance.

Another thing that I consider to be vital in this world is to be able to make measurements applying the ABM test method, and thanks to this system I can carry it out.
