• Product features are getting better and better (site id, LinkedIn integration, etc.)

• You can turn off a specific account from getting ads served to them. Really powerful when trying to allocate a specific spend to an account.

• Data getting imported into your dashboard is inconsistently delivered. Sometimes it’s 24 hours, other times I wait three days before the data comes in or I find myself contacting my CSM to ask why it’s not importing.
• Limited to 12 or 15 (can’t remember) tactics in your account. Wish default was double that.
• Limited to 500 accounts in one tactic although it's probably better not to have more then you run into the tactic limitation.

I really like how self serve the platform is, and how simple it is. Whether it's building campaigns, uploading creative, or building segments in their Data Studio, the customer support articles, and information bubbles along the way tell you everything you need to know. I often find that I don't even need them beacuse the platform is pretty intuitive. I use Terminus about monthly to launch new 1:1 campaigns, and it's been very easy to implement. I wish that the creative upload requirements weren't so persnickety. There's a lot of specific requirements even for just file names that feel unnecessary and can trip me up in the process. I also feel like the reporting is not as intuitive as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our account reps have all been great, really personable, and knowledgable - as well as honest about potential setbacks (i.e. they don't have a super strong database for our particular industry) but came up with great ideas to get contacts and content out there and test and pivot to build a program that (hopefully) works. We are still in the early stages of launch, so it is too early to know if we will see success with our program, but the team feels committed to our success.
Onboarding was very seamless and required very little effort from my team.

The sales process was a little pushy with many follow-ups, but that's my experience with nearly every sales org, especially in software. Coming from a revenue team myself, they navigated the contracting process well and handled objections and questions from my team honestly.
They don't have some of the key data and intent signals for our very targeted industry, so I would dig in before starting a program. That being said, they had enough (and, no vendor is specialized in our space yet) that we are moving forward with a pilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The email experience and email campaigns are without a doubt the best part of the Terminus platform. As a Marketer, I love the ability to take advantage of the email signatures to create custom and targeted points of contact. With Terminus, a client can see an email banner and click through to a supplemental piece of collateral or web page - all just from their email. This is especially helpful if we are running seasonal or quarterly campaigns. What I dislike the most about the platform is its consistency and UX. Although the help desk is always available for support, it seems that some of the features just don't load correctly when I'm updating campaigns or uploading new sender groups/targeted lists. I have found that the Terminus ABM Platform is most valuable when used as a tool for marketing in specific niches. This has effectively offered us the opportunity to develop targeted campaigns to our key accounts and record high level of response. The platform synchronizes well with our CRM, so the sales and marketing departments do not have to go through the processes separately. I have one issue with Terminus ABM Platform, and that has to do with the steep learning curve of several of its functions. It may be difficult to grasp every tool used in the application and this may be confusing to new users. Moreover, integrating with other systems is not challenging and may only once or twice experience data syncing problems. You can brief them on your ideal customer profle including countries, job titles, employee numbers, industries and they will promote your content to the relevant titles and share the details of those that downloaded. There is nothing as such whcih i have not liked so far with my leadgen campaigns. DemandScience is flexible as a medium and it delivers as per the campaign objectives.
