I like how all elements of an account are laid out and clear to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a Sales Ops perspective, I struggle with not being able to use as much of our customization in the tool. Also, from a Ket account flagging perspective, I need to be a system admin which causes me a little grief when needing to quickly make adjustments to the parent-child relationship. I think DemandFarm is a useful tool for strategic selling. Strategic accounts are multi-layered and have numerous internal touchpoints. It's important to have everyone aligned internally on the customer paradim and I feel DemandFarm helps accomplish this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a bit of a learning curve with DemandFarm. I have not used it previously at other companies - so it has taken some time to get up to speed. I think with more time and increased usage, I should be able to maximize the effectiveness of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My Sales Manager was looking for software to help do account planning. I found this to be a better application for the team. The tools in the application give the sales members a better approach to their customers and selling our product. The functions around the tool is adaptable in all areas, contacts, account plans, and Opportunity matrix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Org Chart, Growth plans are the most used aspect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is slow to refresh data - The account heat map is not relevant when we have a limited number of products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We utilize the Org Chart tool to help our sales team with enterprise account planning. The native integration with Salesforce is incredibly helpful and allows us to easily see the org (and parent account information) in one place. Additional features like LinkedIn connections and Opportunity info have also been beneficial.

Initially, we noticed that some of the information was slow to load, and there were a few bugs in the workflow. We worked with the account team to resolve issues, and they consistently improved performance through each new product update/release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It forces us, as Account Managers, to go back to basics (SWOT and account information) to help us review our current situation so we are able to strategize better. I like the presentation mode - I no longer have to worry about how the information should be presented! Everyone will present their data in an orderly and consistent manner. Not a dislike but a suggestion. When you go on presentation mode, it would help if they provide a link going to the raw data (or part of the demand farm) so we know what to change if needed. Or, they can also highlight parts/fields of the DemandFarm so we know what will be included in the powerpoint presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DemandFarm allows you to create org maps for your customers in an easy, quick way. This is valuable in understanding accounts and transferring knowledge of an account. Understanding the basic reporting hierarchy and also how some in the org may feel about your SW can be valuable. Their whitespace analysis coudl also be valuable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IMO, DF also adds in a bunch of additional features that I don't find useful. Getting to the finer points of Opportunity Org Charts, and other features of their SW that they push, but I don't think is worth the time to fill out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
