We can pull in engagement data from different activities (advertising, website visits, Intent, etc.) and generate a single view of our target accounts. This enables us to make good data-driven decisions and execute more impactful tactics because we are able to align the right message with the right accounts at the right time. I have a lot of accounts in my BoB, so I can't spend time on every single one. To focus my efforts I let Demandbase's activity and prediction capabilities drive my week to week activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the dashboard difficult to navigate. I know that there are a lot of great insights in there, but it can be hard to surface them. You end up clicking into one account or one prospect then have to figure out how to get back to the main report. The platform is very intuitive and we were able to use most of the features from day one. The implementation has started in demo stage - we've didn't have to personalise it much before the first use. Demandbase team has been extremely helpful, the onboarding process is clear and covers everything you need to know to use the platform to it's full potential. We've been working on Demandbase everyday and we're already seeing it's impact on the quality of marketing intelligence efforts - tracking customer behaviour by their web engagement and intent identification is giving wonderful insights for our sales team. The platform allows you to target a dynamic list of accounts based on signals from the platform. Web behavior and search interest that matches your campaign criteria. We've used the Marketing and Sales intelligence module of Demandbase for three years. Demandbase's intelligence and insights on website visitors and location data is a game changer for Marketing and Sales teams' outbound efforts. This is a great ABM platform in the truest sense as you can smoothly run ads on Marketing qualified accounts with an ability to choose your publishers as well.
