Decisions standing agendas are fantastic. they give much needed structure to regular meetings and the added benefit of MeetingCulture.AI brings in the automation features that make creating agendas and meeting recaps take seconds. The accuracy of the recaps is very impressive, and keeps the team engaged. The team were very helpful when setting up the account and with new features. We use Decisions for Teams multiple times a day, and not sure how we would live without it now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The transcription feature stopped working, but this can be got around by downloading the transcript and uploading manually. Other than that, the product is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up process was not the smoothest, the sales team were driven but the support thereafter was somewhat adhoc. Eventually we did get the system to a point where it was everything we had hoped, however this was a few weeks after with a number of meetings missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are now using Decisions for all our meeting agendas, action logs and minutes. It's great to have one place for all these documents and to be able to look back in time easily at past meeting notes, or ahead to add to agendas with ease. - Easily embed images in minutes

- Like the timer feature, though I'm rarely organised enough to use it

- Cloud hosted and integrated with my project teams channel

- Easy to come back to and edit during the week for a weekly meeting

- Exporting to a document that can be shared easily is a little bit clunky - word doc doesn't seem to work well at all, print from browser is better but still a bit narrowly formatted. It's handy for internal meetings but isn't polished enough that I'd use it externally.

- Having to scroll to the bottom to click save before you can add another agenda item when you're in the middle of writing one - sometimes writing one thing can prompt another and it would be nice to go back and forth through items easily without needing to click save.

- Sometimes 'save' means 'save as draft', but it can be a little confusing/nervy

Some of the integration in our environment seems incomplete. The popups have generic data like "Agenda Item # 3" making me change pages to go figure out what that is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It resides inside of MS 365 and the user can continue to work as they did before using either Outlook or Teams as their main platform to communicate. Other programs we looked at forced you to go outside the native program and often had too many "cute" feature that only distract people from effective meetings. Recordings should stay with the recorder of the meeting and have time limit to set as 24 hrs/48 hrs/# days etc to delete after minutes are done and finalized as accepted. Automate it. Layout is ugly, needs cleaner more fun set up. Minutes need more details included. Need a % scale of how detailed we want it. Names in out, initials etc. Add dates in automatically.

AI payments set up and keeps asking me to upgrade?? So time consuming and frustrating. I wanted a preset solution set up to work from and would have paid for that service. The app is very easy to use and we use it for every meeting in our oganisation.

Our meetings are more action driven than ever and no meeting feels like a waste of time because either decisions are made or tasks are created.

The Meeting AI feature that has come out recently is a gamechanger. Decisions has been in use in our organsation for about a year now and it was a benefit but the addition of AI has enhanced our expeirence even further as the speed in which we create a meeting recap is now instantatious.
