I can have a standing agenda and take notes that let us know the detailed answers from the meeting. Decisions create the meeting summary and the action items and decisions covered during the call. This is a great way to keep everyone on topic and not overrun meetings.

It creates a clear deliverable path for everyone and is an excellent time-saver. The AI is great when one adds the recording and also the notes/chat to create the updates.

We have been using the system for the last 3 months and started using it regularly daily for our leadership meetings. The timer is very helpful in getting the team to move forward with the objectives.

The Customer Support was amazing and the ability to get the desired support has been stellar. The implementation can be easy or complex depending if doing as an individual or as part of a Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number of steps and limitations of integrations can be daunting. As this is still a new service, this can be added later. Such as it requires that one records in MicroSoft and not with other systems such as Read.ai or Otter.ai. If you use a different system, you then need to figure out how to download the right format to upload.

The other aspect is that there is no automated way to complete the meeting review; if you wait to do it later, you may lose the link to the Microsoft Notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Decisions is a platform that assists in organizing and managing meetings so that my team and I may work efficiently, diligently, and professionally. What I appreciate most about the application is the ability to streamline it with other applications frequently so that a majority of my tasks, correspondences, appointments, requests, etc. can be managed within one platform. I love the ability to streamline the agenda and send it out to my team so they know exactly what material they need to come prepared with. Another feature that is helpful is being able to create meeting notes directing after the meeting. My team and I use decisions often for a variety of meetings whether big or small. The only thing that I find the least helpful is that you cannot attach direct spreadsheets into your agenda only the links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Decisions since December. The AI features have made meeting planning easier each week. Every Wednesday, Decisions sends a reminder to our staff for agenda items they would like to discuss. Integrating their thoughts with my own, I use the AI features to build an agenda. So far, the agenda has been spot on!

We use AI to take our meeting notes. The system has done an incredible job evaluating our discussion and creating task followup. After the meeting, a simple push of a button generates our weekly note summary and distributes to the staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we use the Teams video conferencing, each agenda item is timed with a provided counter. When we meet in person, the time suggestions are posted, but I would like to see the timer activated there too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Love the seamless way it allows agenda's to be built, for people to add their docuasments into each agenda item, produce a meeting powerpoint and then seamlessly link all the inputs / decisions/ tasks / notes into a meeting summary and minutes that is generated by the AI.
