Decisions uses AI for certain aspects, unfortunately they did not provide full transparency how safe the data are from the beginning. Now they catched up. The brilliance of Decisions lies in its seamless integration with Teams and M365. There's no need to log into a separate portal to upload documents as required by other Board portals. Additionally, it facilitates collaboration with team members on the agenda, allowing them to suggest new topics and upload documents independently. For each agenda item, I can detail the case to prepare the team for the upcoming discussion. With Decisions fully integrated into M365, tasks and action points are directly synced with Planner.

Furthermore, I appreciate the ability to invite external guests to a specific agenda item without exposing the rest of the agenda, ensuring they receive timely notifications or updates about their presentation time.

Activating AI has streamlined meeting preparations and enhanced the quality of the transcripts, revolutionizing my approach to minute-taking.

Implementing Decisions was quite easy, but I miss having our logo or brand to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new AI features in Decisions are less intuitive than I anticipated. It took me some time to understand how to use them effectively. In my opinion, the user interface could benefit from significant improvements to make the experience smoother and more user-friendly.

One major issue I encountered was distinguishing between the brief summary version and the professional-looking protocol, which is similar to the previous format. For instance, when I hit the button to generate a summary, I unknowingly sent the summary version to the planner and team members, assuming I could review it first. However, to achieve this, I actually needed to go through the process of creating a protocol. This confusion makes it difficult to navigate the system, especially for users who aren't already familiar with it. I had to have help from Customer Support to be able to figure out how to do that. Easy to set up agendas, solid AI note capture, especially with transcriptions on. Super easy to get started on. Love the Teams integration. As an ed license user, we don't have all the meeting functionality as enterprise - Decisions fills that gap. Love being able to assign tasks on the spot. Very easy to configure and assign licenses. Wish there was tighter control on where in Planner - tasks go. Would love to add them to existing plans NOT created by Decisions. Wish I could edit more in recap - Decisions you capture manually will show up exactly as you type them which often isn't as clean as you would like in a shared document.
