I love this tool for organizing meetings. My favorite feature is that I can export agenda and agenda descriptions to prepare meeting minutes. The ability to export agenda into Word is also very helpful for attendees who do not use OneNote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a major European car maker company, and our Executive Secretaries used to need to spend a lot of time on meeting preparation. Many back-and-forth emails and documents exchange were involved. It was not only time-consuming but also inefficient.

After using "Meeting Decisions" application, we realized that they could drastically reduce the time needed to collaboratively prepare the meeting agenda, and make it easier for them to conduct the meeting. They also realized that it was much more efficient to track tasks progress in one place.

The scope of integrations and functionalities.

For large meetings, inviting a large number of participants to an meeting can result in manually handling a lot of participants voting. Some unstability in syncing between clients. Especially for meetings that have a lot of administrative work, the integration of Decisions in MS Teams is very helpful. Decisions links the Microsoft tools we already use on a daily business. Including Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote, SharePoint/OneDrive, Planner and more. This means more productivity, efficiency and collaboration - without having to switch between different applications.
