- Dedicated meeting organisation tool
- AI generated summaries from MSFT Teams Transcriptions that i can then edit and share to the teams via email or pdf
- Actions / reminders into MSFT Planner assigned to personnel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Difficulty of use / not intuitive. Still learning how best to use this software in my function (proposal bid management) Examples - having to remember to turn transcriptions on; making notes whilst in a teams call itself; [perhaps these are being improved / developed on?]
- certain functions not supported when meeting saved to OneDrive (as opposed to sharepoint) [perhaps not Decisions fault]
- (similar point to above) Decisions is helpful with organising before and after meetings but i havent found it useful during the meetings. i.e. printing off the agenda to then scribble / jot down notes during the meeting, which somewhat defeats the point?
- sometimes the AI summary will include small talk / preamble as important parts of the meeting [again, perhaps not Decisions fault] Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No puedo decir nada negativo. Quizas es porque estoy comenzando a usarlo, pero no se como cambiar las fuentes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having a method to track agenda items, recurring agendas, central decision documenting especially for long-running projects where these might easily get lost, and a super useful AI for meeting note, decision and task summarization! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Moving agenda items between meetings is incredibly useful, but cumbersome to do through the UI, as you must take action in both agendas to do so
No support for Teams Shared channels is a major downside for customer collaboration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of decisions for me is the ability to catch up on missed meetings. When fully configured and using all the AI features, Decisions is able to create accurate fullsome summaries of meetings and then send them out to the meeting participants. It takes content from the meeting transcript, notes from the minute taker, and the agenda to summarize the meeting, create tasks for participants (automatically imported into Microsoft Planner) and key take-aways. This is really useful if you were not able to attend the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this time I've not encountered anything that I dislike in the product. It I HAD to choose one thing it would be that it 'IS' possible to break agendas if a user pokes around in dark shadowy places in the product. When viewing your own OneDrive, all your meeting files are available to view. There are also a few important system files that need to be kept. Perhaps an file named !!! 'Don't delete any of these files in this folder' would help. In the event a user does this, support can easily fix the probilem for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The general reminders for my week and my weekly summary. I like it gives me the time I have spent in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing of any note really. It sits in the background and is there when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Decisions helps me provide meeting minutes that are sleek and organized. It helps me to organize and track decisions and follow up items by creating action items directly into microsoft planner. The AI feature for meeting recap notes are also very handy as it saves me time in meeting minute scribing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't been able to use this outside of the teams add-on page, which would be more helpful to not have it in teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a project manager/project lead within my organisation, part of my role is to organise, schedule and set agendas for internal meetings with my colleagues, and external client meetings.
One of the features I have found most useful so far, is the generation of a Meeting Recap using AI. I was amazed by how accurately AI summarised the recorded transcript, sorted into into key takeaways, key decisions, and actions. This feature means that I do not have to assign a project team member to rapidly take notes in the background of the meeting, and that everyone can be 100% focussed on the discussion. Although I haven't had to do this much so far, I've also found it helpful that I can edit the meeting recap, to make sure that actions are assigned correctly, and that there is no repetition between points, making the recap as succinct and useful as possible.
I look forward to exploring more of it's features now that I have the Premium License, with unlimited AI credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unless you have a Premium user license, the no. of AI credits is very limiting... if I'm not mistaken, standard user access equates to approx. 3x generation of meeting minutes/recaps per month. To put this into context, I probably have on average 2-3 project meetings per day! So those without a Premium License would very soon run out of AI credits.
'Dislike' is the wrong word, but as a longer term improvement, there is some repetition between takeaways, key decisions and actions on the meeting recaps, this could be finer tuned in the long-term... but I still think it's great and very useful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Decisions makes preparing, conducting and following up on meetings so much easier and more professional. My colleagues and I use it - after a really short time for implementation - regularly for internal meetings and for meetings with external participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are very satisfied and have not yet discovered a point that we would like to have solved differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about using this app, that it will never miss a single line which said in the meeting. Very detailed discription everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None, in my view this app is very perfect & I am not able to discover any mistake in that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that decisions is developing as a tool to leverage AI to take minutes for meetings and provide action items within the MS ecosystem, rather than having to go to a third party. I think the future of effective business is in this area, and if Decisions can continue to integrate with MS Teams will be very productivity friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right now the MS product suite feels a little confused with if something should be in decisions or loop. If you generate an agenda in decisions, it is not a loop component, and your teams meeting still has the loop agenda option, which confuses attendees trying to find the agenda. The AI Agenda tool is fine, though I wish it was easier to reorder items, and often it splits a single agenda point into multiple. I have not yet convinved my IT team to give me all the needed permisions on Decisions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
