What do you like best about Decisions AI?

The ability to change agendas quickly. You can make a change for recurring or for ad hoc meetings. It organizes quite well and is in a nice format to share screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- it helps ensure the meetings are prepared well

- great integration with Teams and Outlook

- the seamless learning curve and suitable learning materials

- enforces good meeting habits

- build in meeting evaluation

- easiness to share content, files and get access to them afterwards

- giving the ability for participants on agenda and meeting content preparation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

- currently - no option to use private channels to store meeting content, but that functionality is coming soon

- more options to set up Action Log generation from Decisions would be welcome (choosing existing buckets in Planner for example) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Decisions mostly solve the problem of having meeting content and outcome in multiple places (files, meeting minutes, decisions notes, activities) and streamline collaboration on meeting preparation. It requires some administration of the meeting to be prepared in advance, but thats on positive side as it is a good time investment reducing the workload of leading the discussion afterward (especially recurrent meetings) and supports one of the biggest challenges in communication - easy information sharing. What do you like best about Decisions AI?

It's incredibly easy to use and very affordable. We started using Decisions for our Board meetings then rolled it out for all our organizational meetings because it's so effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decisions AI?

There is nothing that I dislike about it. I can only think of 2 to 3 times that I've had to contact support for any issues and they always responded quickly and resolved my problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Decisions AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allowed us to quickly and easily transition to virtual meetings when the COVID pandemic started. We had been looking for an electronic board meeting option for several years. We're a non-profit with a small budget and couldn't afford the solutions that were available. When we found Decisions as an add-on to Teams, we were thrilled. It's much easier to use and more functional than the other solutions we had looked at, and the price was affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is relatively easy to use and is a good way of showing clients that you are taking the views and thoughts within the meeting seriously,y with the important value proposition that you are a professional outfit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Set up was quite technical and time-consuming, which it's a difficult process to follow for a technical idiot like myself. More simplified guidance would be useful to make this a more pleasant customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great to hear that Decisions is aiding in organizing your meeting agenda, task tracking, and insights! To change the task board, head to Teams settings, then go to the planner config. Under "Tasks," click 'change plan,' and you can reroute it to another existing board.
