I like how it has an Agenda template that I sent up and it copies it from meeting to meeting each week without having to do it myself. All automatic and keep meetings consistent. Also, I can assign and publish to-do's for the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like:

Helping create the meeting agenda and adding it to the meeting invitation.

Control of the agenda during the meeting.

And the biggest plus is the quick creation of meeting minutes after notes, tasks, and decisions have been entered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keep in mind that you will need to specify a place to store all additional data. So each time you need to think in which MS Teams channel to place the agenda. Either create a new team each time with all meeting participants or save everything to your channel. In the latter case, you can additionally provide access to the interactive protocol to participants who do not have access. You can do it with one mouse click. But if you don't want to do this, you just share the protocol afterwards.

If you collect all protocols in one channel, then soon the counter of the number of tasks and decisions will start to display the total number in each agenda. This is a little confusing, but it does not affect the display in the minutes. You have to understand that tasks and decisions are added to that channel's Planner, so they will be visible there as well.

At the beginning of my use about two years ago, several times the solution did not work as expected, giving an error. But I haven't seen such problems lately.

Previously, there was no function that automatically creates minutes based on text recognition. This additional paid feature should be available soon. In general, I take notes on paper, as it is fast. And then I transfer them into the minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As our teams meet, we document discussions directly in decisions. Gone are the days of... what did we talk about and decide to do about it? The platform nativley integrates with 365 and can create tasks, meeting minutes etc. all within a few clicks. We use it for all of our meetings throughout the company now.
