The meetings AI tool is a great advantage when you are wrapping up your meeting and want to communicate the minutes, it's very fast and concise and all you need to do is import a rough formatted word with all the rough minutes and it will very intelligently align it into a proper format. Meeting series has agendas set up for each meeting so I can easily jump in to add something to the agenda when I think of it.
Agendas, tasks, minutes, decisions made and my notes are all linked to each other so for instance the team planner is automatically populated.
The set up was relatively straightforward though I had a bit of a false start when I set it up in a different channel to the Planner I wanted to link with! But easily sorted.
I found the link to a webinar helpful and will probably keep going back to the recording in the next few weeks to check for things I overlooked when first setting it up.
I have only used it for relatively informal team meetings at the moment and found it perfect for these. I will expand to use it for more formal meetings in the coming weeks but feel maybe the minutes template will not suit these as much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only real problem so far is that I really don't like the layout and font used for the template for the minutes so I have to change it every time I use it. I would like to be able to change the template so I don't have to do this every time. (I know you can do this for a fee but this is not feasible as I work for a public sector organisation).
