I am very disappointed in the level of technical support. My Debut product used to work, but then stopped recording the microphone of my computer. It is not a computer problem, as I have no problem recording zoom meetings using the zoom record process. I like the different options to record a video. I can record a video in .mp4, .wmv etc. There are different use of the different formats. I do work with video processing for my research and I can record any screen in .wmv format for programming purposes. Whereas I can record the video in .mp3 format for any presentation or assignment. The best thing is that there is no lagging in video with the voice captured with the default mic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike the most is that this software does not allow you to switch off the camera when you want. Probably that is a paid privilege but it could have been added with the free service. But who counts it as a disadvantage? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked that I wan't able to do a complete video edit. I feel that the trial of debut wasn't sufficient enough for the project that I used it for. Even though it did get the job done, I had to constantly switch computers and re download the software because it was used for a team project. I also didn't like that we could only export twice before we had to re download it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
