What do you like best about dealpad?

My company started using Dealpad last fall for the enterprise pipeline and as a mid-market rep I wasn't using it. I was promoted to the enterprise team in May and straight away used it on a deal I inherited that had gone dark for months.

I used Dealpad to create a space for my champion and they promptly added 2 other members of their team. I saw that they were coming back into the space regularly even though they weren't responding to my requests to meet.

I used the video messaging tool to record a message and this triggered Head of IT who I hadn't engaged with before to respond. Over the next few weeks they added 4 other people to the space and the deal momentum developed. Having visibility of the teams engagement was so helpful and I picked up on a topic the VP Engineering had been repeatedly reading. This led to a call and he became the deal sponsor.

Running the process inside Dealpad gave me a central place to consolidate our conversation and engagement plan.

Critically, the turning point in this deal was empowering my sponsor and his team to create their own action plan that I was privvy too. They listed out every step in their process using the Mutual Action Plan tool and added all of the people they needed to suppport. I literally sat back and watched on as they architected their entire process in front of me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nothing so far, it seems obviously developed for reps with complex sales processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

The AI deal score is something I hadn't seen before and was one of the main reasons for us switching to Dealpad. Having AI to score our pipeline based on historical events and in-deal engagement data has been a game changer. Across the team, our forecasting has improved.

We're also seeing benefit from reducing the level of email communication we're having with buyers and consolidating it inside Dealpad. It's become easier to track conversations and has actually increased response rate from prospects.

Because it has been mentioned many times in these reviews, I will also add that the support we have received has been magnificent and unlike anything else we usually get from our software we use. A great example of how to support customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

What do you like best about dealpad?

First off, we've only been using dealpad for around 10 weeks yet I have personally used it to close 3 deals already. One of these had been stuck for a while and the mutual action plan really helped re-engage my champion.

What I like best so far is how it helps me run a process together with my prospect and bringing it all into one place makes everyone's time easier. This has led to buyers teling me they were impressed by our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nothing so far, it's a very interesting tool that my prospects like and aren't used to seeing, so it helps me differentiate from my competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

Firstly, I'd like to call out the support we have had. It's been second to none and we've actually adopted elements of Dealpad's onboarding program into our own. The team generally are hugely responsive and deeply invested in our success and go above and beyond what I've experienced with any other support we've had in other softwares. This is how it's done guys!!

We love the product and the potential it has. It's taken a bit of time to get the team using it as a cadence and now they are, the results are impressive.

What we can do now that we couldn't before is run a clearly defined process with our buyers that keeps my team in control yet gives the stakeholders we're working with a much nicer experience.

The software gets both parties engaged and everyone transparency on where the evaluation is at, so we know how the deal is pacing.

We REALLY like the new AI score that tells us the likelihood of the deal closing and what we should do to improve it. This is very slick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

It's light on 3rd party integrations like Teams and Gong, this said I'm nit-picking here and it doesn't effect the main use cases we have for using the software.

No complaints from us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

Dealpad filled important gaps in our sales process by giving us a collaborative space to engage with buyers, and is reducing the shuffling of content via email.

It gives us an objective way to measure the engagement (and thus the quality) of the potential buyers we are managing. Dealpad shows us what content pieces buyers are most interested in - so we can invest our limited marketing time in the right areas. As a tool - it is truly "additive" to our CRM and overall sales process.

Also, and equally important, the Dealpad team is amazingly dedicated to our success. Honestly I've never experienced anything like this level of client support. It's proactive, not reactive, which really has helped move us a long the path of using a new process to engage / collaborate with our buyers. And when we've asked for new features - they provide feedback quickly, and often have the new feature rolled out within a few weeks. They provide great visibility to the overall roadmap also and just recently incorporated AI with a calculated quality score that I am super excited about using moving forward.

Finally - their integration with Hubspot is stellar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Honestly there is nothing I dislike.

The hardest thing will be simply training your sales people to stop emailing so much and point buyers to your Dealpad collaboration space instead. It's a new concept - and you do need to be sure you align your sales process to introduce the "collaboratoin space" concept early and often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

This is literally the tool we didn't know we needed! As a company we were reviewing a number of softwares that could get us closer to our buyers. We liked Dealpad because we could bring our buying stakeholders into it and run a joint process with them. Just this capability has made a big difference.

We've been using the feed as the primary way of communicating with buyers, which for us has replaced email and made the process much more efficient and easier to keep track of.

The SalesMind deal score that sits in our CRM against each opportunity we work is very useful and guides our forecasting assumptions.

All in all a powerful tool for our mid-enterprise teams and our buyers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

The entire experience from onboarding, training and support and how easy it is to use makes Dealpad a great partner. No complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

The software has given the sales team a process to follow when interacting with buyers, which was lacking in our organization before Dealpad.

The capability to consolidate our buyer engagement in one place and bring our buyers into the process has had a positive impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

Nothing to note, our expectations have been met thus far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about dealpad?

We now have a process that empowers us to go through the sales cycle with our buyer in a way we were not able to before using DealPad. We are complimented frequently by our buyers on how easy we make the process for them. Overall, this is the main thing we like most about Dealpad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

It would be nice to have more integrations (we have lots of content in Sharepoint, for example) and a signatory tool which would help us consolidate siloed tools we use into one tool. If DealPad had this, along with our CRM and Gong it would be the only other tool our sales team would use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

(Original )Information
What do you like best about dealpad?

The only way to discover the real buying team behind a deal and how they view your deal is if they tell you. The collaborative nature of dealpad brings that crucial information to the forefront. You literally wake up to new people appearing around your deals and you learn about crucial views and behavior that will affect the closing of your deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about dealpad?

The UI is already very clear cut and useful as is. For larger teams to adopt dealpad more quickly some tutorial information (e.g. video tours) or tooltip information could be useful. We are still very new to dealpad and are running only the first handful of deals at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
