What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Its very nice to have the updates from Dealfront which is giving some new leads, the information is detailed and informative and you know what to call upon, i look up in dealfront a couple of times a week. The ease of use is incredible and its easy to search in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Consistency with results. There is no doubt that we'll get the results we require, whether that being contact details for businesses or website visit journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

A simplified integration into Odoo would be ideal. It may be out of your control but it's a bit too technical and requires a lot to integrate with our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadfeeder solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being abl to see the visitors jounrey helps us identify what content they are searching for, looking at and where do we need to focus our efforts on our website.

While not all of the results are useful to us, after filtering companies, we are very easily able to view which companies within our target audience and industry is interested in us, and how much of an interest they have. Is solving finding out who is interested in our services and visiting the website. Without leadfeeder we would not know who is visiting our website. We can also see when prospoects we are talking to are visiitng also. What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

It is relatively easy to set up and gives insight on the leads coming to your website. This information is super useful for coming up with strategies in increasing website visits and ensuring the pages are optimised.

It also helps to map out the user journey and understand user behaviour and to make sure your website is performing thw way it should.It also gives an opportunity to the see the sources of the visit which very useful.

If you have nto used Dealfront not to worry they have very useful to provide all the best ways to get the best out of the tool.

The filters are super handy as you can focus on just one partcluar landing page and add labels so you can classify the information.

DealFront (I've been using it since 2015 as Leadfeeder) stands out in the lead generation software market with its robust features designed to enhance sales and marketing efforts. Together with out marketing automatisation it does not only identify anonymous website visitors but also combines this information with personal data by seamlessly integrating with various CRM and email marketing tools, thus offering detailed insights into visitor behavior.

Despite its tiered pricing structure, which may be considered steep by some, the consensus among users is that the return on investment justifies the cost. DealFront is praised for its responsive customer support and the comprehensive knowledge base it provides. This tool is a valuable asset for businesses aiming to refine their lead generation processes, offering innovative solutions that cater to companies of all sizes looking to grow their sales pipeline effectively. What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

We use Dealfront daily to see who has been to our site and what they may be looking for. We have different businesses under one roof, some sell parts, some only sell services and Dealfront lets us know which side our web visitors are after. Not only do we see potential new customers to reach out to, we see which current customers are visiting and what they are looking for so we can be proactive in contacting them. What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I like that I get a daily email re: new companies who have visited our website. While we can't see the exact person who visited our website, we are able to see how long are the visits, and which page they visited. This is especially helpful for ABM campaigns, where we create a separate page on our website, and are able to see if the prospect visited that specific page.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

We weren't able to fully set up auto tags of the customers who also use our site on a daily basis, so we have manually tag customers. We also are not able to connect Dealfront to our CRM -- this is our main complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadfeeder solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Dealfront, we had no way of knowing which prospects were visiting our website, and had no way of measuring if our campaigns and individual outreaches were landing. There are other tools on the market that achieve this, but I used Leadfeeder in a previous role, and know it to be reliable, simple and comparatively affordable. What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

1. Most companies that visit the website are identified.

2. Contacts database offered for those companies.

3. Fantastic visual user journey: how they came to the website, what their actions were on the website, how long they have spent on the website and how they left, combined with CRM integration which shows in this process also the steps taken on the internal team's side for reaching out to them (by date and time). Absolutely fantastic this view.

4. Automatizaton available for personalized feed creation & tags setup and integration in CRM.

5. Very simple and easy to use and implement.

6. Customer support is absolutely wonderful, super fast, prompt and really willing to help, not just sending documents to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

1. Not being able to create feeds based the filter: "first activity" so first interaction with the website (this is helful in case I want to create a feed, filtering for instance the traffic that came only via Paid Search ).

2. That I am not able to identify the person who visited the website (but it makes sense because of data protection) or at least to retarget that person based on user ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leadfeeder solving and how is that benefiting you?

using Online Marketing activities we were generating traffic on our website, but since we have a B2B model with a long converstion window, the users did not convert on the website in many cases and we were losing most of them. Using Dealfront we are able to identify the company and the Sales team can use their database and reach out to them as first contact or in case we are already in touch with them to contact them again in that very moment when the potential customer has interest. What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I looked forward every morning to looking at who had visited the website, what they had viewed and how long. It would be helpful to have a contact but understand why not. Easy to slice and dice the reports. Easy to dig deeper into the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
