We recently started out with Dealfront IP-tracking and the Sales Intelligence platform and are very happy about the demo, on-boarding and platform itself. Both Dealfront and Target give our New Business Developers some great tools to effectively do outreach. Our Marketers are still finding their way with the possibilities but are overall very happy with the platform so far.
We use the tools on a daily base and integration is a breeze for everyone that has a Google Tag Manager setup. Although we were skeptical at first, the customer succes manager is a real addition to the onboarding and effective use of Dealfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a German company, it is important to pay attention to data protection and to handle information carefully. Dealfront offers many advantages here compared to ‘data pirates’ or dubious providers.
I really like the filter and search functions, as well as the integration, for example in the browser and in our case HubSpot. I've been working with Dealfront for several years now and find it very easy to use.
The newly revised HubSpot interface offers seamless integration, even if I'm still missing a few functions.

I'm still missing a few small details in the HubSpot integration that I think should be given in an automatic interface, but we're talking about the cherry on the cake here.
I notice from time to time that the systems are still quite different in some cases, but this is due to the structure that has evolved and, as far as I know, is currently being revised and harmonised.
Of course, we still find data records that are not 100% up-to-date, but in the current fast-changing job carousel, it is also a Sisyphean task to keep millions of data records constantly up to date. I mostly use the Leadfeeder part of Dealfront.
Thanks to the tracking activity we are able to identify new leads and contact them easily.
Great interface, good customer service and also possibility to connect with many software (Salesforce, Google Ads, etc...) and export your data to csv anytime.

What I love most about Dealfront is its seamless integration of various functionalities that streamline our workflow. One aspect I find lacking in Dealfront is its automatic integration with Brevo. While Dealfront offers robust API capabilities for integration with other tools, such as Brevo, I miss the convenience of seamless, out-of-the-box integration. Having to rely on manual setup and configuration for integration can be time-consuming and sometimes prone to errors. However, I acknowledge that with API access, there's potential for custom integration solutions to bridge this gap effectively. My team used Dealfront for more than a year. First, it helps us to target the right industry. Besides that, identifying potential "fishing mails and companies", reduces wasted leads. Also, Dealfront allows us to easily check inbound lead information, which is a good fit for our services.
Using this web visitor tool, the host team didn't identify any issues or problems connected with our security system. The sales team loves option filtering and keyword searching functionality (which gives them the option to select regions, industries, specific titles, etc). Last, the good option to use a lead feeder we can connect our CRM system. Every week we get the report. I can easily see which companies visited our website, whether we were able to connect with them, the number of visits, and the most viewed pages. This information helps us to identify potential customers. Also, I can easily check which companies we already have in our database, which helps me to reduce duplicates. The keyword suggestion is the lack of built-in. This problem is crucial for effective sales outreach, so this was one of the features I missed. I tried the homepage customer for every sales team member. I couldn't set it up by specific keywords. There are no options to add. We can only choose what is set up by dealfront development team.
