What do you like best about DBSync Cloud Workflow?
Any businesses looking to integrate their cloud applications with QuickBooks Desktop should look no further. We've been using DBSync for over a year now, and we're very happy with our decision to use their Cloud Workflow tool to integrate our Salesforce instance with QuickBooks Desktop. Their application uses the QB Web Connector and runs seamlessly to streamline our internal processes while reducing duplicated data entry efforts between both systems. We rarely run into any issues, but when we do, their customer support team works to get our business up and running quicker than expected. We've worked closely with Arpitha on a number of items, including a recent query update, and we appreciate that she always goes above and beyond to serve our DBSync needs. What do you dislike about DBSync Cloud Workflow?
Due to the limitations of QuickBooks Desktop and it's Web Connector, there is a timed delay for syncing data between Salesforce and QuickBooks Desktop. This is not an issue with DBSync, but QBD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DBSync and the team have been able to implement pretty much everything we could ask for! We have had a complex system to launch and they have been thorough, precise, and more than patient with us throughout the entire process. How easy it is to use it. The support team are excellent when you have any issues, not that we have many. Our use of DBSync Cloud Workflow is very limited. We use it to integrate our Salesforce with our QuickBooks Online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
