Setting up and mapping the system initially can be somewhat technical and may take a considerable amount of time, particularly if your environment includes complex custom objects or intricate data structures. Nevertheless, after everything is properly configured—and with excellent support from Ravi—the system operates reliably and needs very little ongoing maintenance. One of the most helpful aspects of DBsync cloud workflow is its seamless integration capabilities. By connecting various applications and systems (to us Salesforce and QBO) DBSync enables efficient data synchronization and automation of workflows. I've had the pleasure of working with Geetanjali a few times now and find her to be very knowledgeable, resourceful, and extremely efficient and also very kind. She's patient with me as I navigate and is always thoughtful in her interactions with me.
