There are other solutions out there, but none that specifically deal with QB product bundles. This is where DBSync stood apart from the rest. Ullas, Manoj, and Uday went above and beyond: they spent many hours addressing our specific needs, configuring demonstrations and sandbox environments, and addressing our numerous questions to assure us that DBSync's solution would work. The team is extremely knowledgeable, proactive and responsive. From the pre-sales process, to training and documentation, and in-the-weeds product support, we highly recommend DBSync. **What do you dislike about DBSync Cloud Workflow?** We have not yet implemented, but there was nothing we can see so far that would impede our progress. **What problems is DBSync Cloud Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to integrate product bundles in QuickBooks with Salesforce. There are other integration solutions, but none that fulfilled this need. The DBSync team spent many hours configuring different scenarios to demonstrate that their product works. The seamless conversion and entry are great. I enjoy being able to edit and customize each field and entry as the SF record is unique. When something changes with the workflows, DBSync and their support (especially Shabeer) are quick and attentive to get their time, energy and money-saving solution back up and running to my standards. Would strongly recommend it. **What do you dislike about DBSync Cloud Workflow?** Sometimes the sync doesn't work but they are always quick to correct the issue. We very much appreciate the bidirectional sync - it has really helped our efficiency. **Recommendations to others considering DBSync Cloud Workflow:** Hopefully your internal administrator has a strong history of mapping requirements, as I did in a previous position, and can write test cases that are easy to follow for anyone who may be assisting. The ability to easily disable workflows and reorder them is convenient and much appreciated. **What do you dislike about DBSync Cloud Workflow?** The web port can be dreadfully slow with every page load (even when it's working). The UI is quite bad - can be very confusing, especially when the left navigation can change depending on the projects you're in. The UI of editing a particular workflow, it's rules, and data maps is very frustrating at times. There's no syntax checking or hightlighting when writing queries or functions with custom logic and variables, etc. When modifying a data map within a rule, you can't simply save the changes you made from within the data map UI - you have to instead close the large poppup and then save the workflow. This is extremely annoying since DBSync serves as a middleware application that, by it's own nature, is not something I need to modify often and therefore re-learning the quirks of the DBSync UI is not a great experience. Also, the technical documentation is absolutely horrible and is usually a waste of time. **What problems is DBSync Cloud Workflow solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business needs to report and organize data within Salesforce.
