I like how easy it is to schedule appointments and mark them as completed, rescheduled, no-show, etc. It is also very easy to add new customers and staff members. Overall, it is pretty user-friendly, so I don't have to worry about teaching new employees every single detail.
The phone app is definitely a plus. It is sometimes hard for staff members to get to a computer to complete their appointments, but they always have a phone with them.
The Recurring Appointment feature is VERY helpful as well and for the most part, pretty easy to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is pretty expensive - since I have 15-20 users, I have to pay $149 per month. As a small business, that is a HUGE chunk of my budget. It's less if you don't have as many users - $49/month for just a few. I've looked into other programs mostly because of this price.
Also, the "Event" function has a flaw. I use this to schedule a class with multiple customers. However, it does not translate that to the Appointment schedule, and if you're not careful to also reserve a room on the schedule, you can double-book.
It would be nice if it also had an invoicing feature or connected with Quickbooks somehow. Perhaps it does and I just don't know how to do it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does have a scheduling system that caters for multiple people and multiple events within the same appointment. I can drag and drop to move appointments around (only in week view) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very heavy on your upload speed. It's agonizingly slow, and whenever the page reloads it takes you back to where you started, not to the action you were in the process of making. For some reason, some historical appointments cannot be moved and have to be canceled and recreated. The integration is limited. There is no logging of who made what notes, so we have to do that manually by adding initials after each note. The client facing scheduling tool is abysmal you cannot limit what appointment types a client sees. You cannot send different notifications by appointment type which is essential. I loved Appointment Plus and all the flexibility it offered. Working with Lia was a pleasure. She was so informative and very professional. She ironed out so many questions we had and was extremely helpful in getting our schedules up and running. She always gave suggestions and helped to make Appointment Plus work for our needs.
