An alternative for remote workers that are not on the office network to use Datto BCDR. Can be integrated to patforms like Backup Radar for easy management of alerts. Much of the functionality in other backup packages is missing in Datto Endpoint backup.
1) Can't monitor or alert in RMM.
2) No recovery testing with screenshot as proof the device is recoverable.
3) Difficulty installing and completing initial backup - takes too long or just doesn't complete
4) Backups take too long to complete in situations where a computer is only used for a short time every week.
5) No continuous restore

While using datto cloud I have been through multiple disadvantage that needs to be prioratize to solve as soon as possible.
1. Limited Customization option.

Datto is a SaaS based platform and because of that it gives the flexibility of using from anywhere. It also measures the risk and security factors to safe guard data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
