I appreciate that I can easily reach DataTrans' customer service/personnel when I need help or have any questions. Initially, I needed help several times regarding requirements and specific information for our retailer, and our customer success manager was always accommodating. DataTrans is very engaged when we started initial contact. Our analyst is very supportive to launch the project, timely response, and proactive communication.
