Navigating new users to user-interface and understanding features. Some basic user experience is missing. Certain features is not available to even admin user of the account and need to contact support team. There some basic improvements needed in User experience. The user interface is clear which makes it easy to create feeds, and find custom made rules when there are errors. Also the A/B testing feature is what I certainly like. I cannot think of any direct negatives of the service. The customer service responds quickly and we have not hit any brick walls as an organization doing various jobs and tasks utilizing datafeedwatch. If I had to point out anything I would say that maybe it is a bit difficult to easily sift through the output of a datafeed and see how all the rules are applying sometimes, but that may be more due to my ignorance than any issues with the system. The product is so versatile that it can be a solution for so many situations – it solves so many of our requirements daily. That ability to fit so many roles means that there are a lot of technical 'how-to' questions that come up. The tech support (Tetiana) is simply wonderful.
