The Customer Support team is what makes DataFeedWatch/Cart.com the solution of choice. The interface is not particularly pretty, and the functionality and UX are early 2000s at best. But, the Support team including Tetiana, Casper, Andy, Maria, and all of the others who I've missed are always there to assist. I use DFW daily and skip between hundreds of data feeds, and they are always there from the smallest problem to the largest. Without them, I would've given up a long time ago. Either simplify and automate more so everything is cleaner and easier to navigate, or give users more functionalities. At the moment it's a strange middle ground. Enough features to make it ugly, but not enough to survive without assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Wish UX was a little more colorful/guiding for the eye, especially as the Internal Fields / Channel Mapping tends to get a little mixed up, both as goes for terms but also in view, IMO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming back to using this tool after a gap of few years. Very easy and intutive tool. Easy to setup input feeds and equally easy to setup output feeds.

The sheer functionality of the software and the exceptional support by the team. The software is so efficient and allows you to front-load all your optimisations, sending it to all your desired channels, where you can further optimise depending on the platform.
The fees are very reasonable, when doing SaaS feed optimisation research, DataFeedWatch came on top, not taking into account the addons such as Price Watch.

Currently, you can't have an account-wide template for importing channel fields, which is very useful for agencies such as ourselves. You can do it for internal field, just not channel fields. It helps when mapping the 40+ odd fields for Google Ads.
