What do you like best about DataBlend?

Datablend is very knowledgeable about the systems they integrate with frequently. Their platform is both user-friendly and is very customizable. We have been very impressed with their implementation team. They work quickly and can solve most of the data complexities that we have by building solutions into their integration scripts as part of initial setup. And from our experience they are reasonably priced compared to competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataBlend?

Nothing substantial to mention here! Datablend has a relatively small team but is growing and adding new team members. Sometimes the conversations on annual contract renewals can happen a little close to the expiration date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DataBlend:

Definitely give DataBlend a look as they are easy to work with and have a flexible, user-friendly and customizable platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used Datablend to integrate Quickbooks and Adaptive and now NetSuite and Adaptive. The Datablend scripts to connect these systems have saved us many hours a month trying to format and import our data manually between systems. We have benefited from the ability to easily re-import financials from one system to the other one company/subsidiary at a time and for a specif month or date range if financial data has changed and needs to be re-uploaded. Datablend has also helped us manage new mappings between systems that we forgot to set up (new GL accounts, new data dimension values, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DataBlend?

I love that now we can prepare our budget vs Actuals reports using Power BI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataBlend?

Maybe having an extra cost if you are a non profit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DataBlend solving and how is that benefiting you?

We eliminated a lot of manual work and now our reports are produced faster using live data from Adaptive our budget software and Actuals from Deltek Vision Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the time saved with data entry and overall accuracy of the information that is transferred over. our rep is also very informative and gives us thoughtful and gives us good tips and options on how to make our data and systems work better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DataBlend?

Great support from team, system is logically designed. I appreciate you can easily set up multiple dataflows from and to multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataBlend?

The interface is not always intuitive. I would like to be able to more easily change the date parameters eg select change Q1 to Q2 with a pull down list rather than replacing the link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moving budget data from Adaptive (budgeting system) to Workday (financial system); and actual data from workday to adaptive. We also plan to use datablend to manage other integrations, e.g. power bi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
