Super helpful. We first engaged with DataBlend to connect Hubspot to Sage but mid project we switched to Zoho. They didn't have experience in connecting Zoho but were more than willing to work with us to continue with the project. Ben has been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not experienced anything I dislike about DataBlend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Datablend has been most helpful with and has played a key role in connecting too and easily accessing data from various sources. My list of likes include:
* Built in UI connectors that are easy to use
* Once you understand how the query builder works it pretty to use
* Uploading or targeting the results data is easy to use via their UI
* The support and DevOps team is very responsive and always willing to assist
The primary upside to using Datablend is
* The seemless connection between systems to move and transform data.
* The easy of implementation and integration, namely to my company's software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There more "Likes" than "Dislikes" but the most notably challenges I have experienced with using Datablend revolves around:
* Documentation, it can be difficult to find examples to assist with the more obscure connectors
* An active pick list for the most common Function calls. I find myself more often than not using "trial and error" when developing more complex logic using numerous function call.
* Inability to copy or move code from one query to another Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Datablend's strength in it's project leaders.
The leader of our implementation project was outstanding. Zachary knew the answers to our questions and got things done. He thought outside of the box and offered suggestions that greatly enhanced our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In terms of Datablend attending meetings and providing communication, they were pretty good at addressing the requests we had from the business. They were such a great vendor and Jonathan performed integrations with such ease. We did not have any issues with them and were quick to address any issues that arose through their customer sopport. I personally appreciated that they provided reports when the deliverables were completed, giving us a heads up on the progress and helping us understand when to expect certain things. We did not encounter any issues with Datablend in terms of their deliverables and communication. Unlike another party we worked with, who posed challenges and were somewhat of a headache, Datablend stood out positively. The responsiveness from DataBlend cannot be beat. It doesn't matter if it is Monday thru Friday that I need to reach them or 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, they are always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I have connectors to my source systems, and these integrations can be scheduled to run at any time, or I can run them manually as needed. Coming to the desk with accurate data in my systems makes my job much more efficient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve for mapping things can be a little challenging at first, but the process is pretty simple once you conquer it. The team I work with at DataBlend really understand our business needs including very nuanced financial transactions and the accounting side of things.
